Your vacation expectations will reach new heights after spending a week on the Isle of Palms at “Can’t Top This”, 706 Ocean Boulevard. This 6,000 square-foot, beautiful, ocean front, deluxe vacation home sleeps up to 25 people and features 10 bedrooms and 11 1/2 bathrooms. With the backdrop of miles of ocean views, your family can enjoy long sunny days at the beach, or simply drift away while lounging by the glimmering private pool.

2026 Beach Update:

The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project expected to take place Fall 2026. While a final schedule has not yet been released, work is anticipated to move along the beach in sections, meaning any impact to a specific area is temporary.

We will share updates as more details become available and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates.

Description:
If your crew is ready to play, they can set up the in-water volleyball court in the sports pool (both ends are shallow, but deep in the middle), play foosball, X Box games, or challenge one another to ping pong, basketball, or football. Each room (except room 110) includes a new flat screen television, perfect for catching a game.  The third-floor game room offers the latest X-Box with four controllers, comfortable gaming recliners, and a large flat screen TV, which can also be used for watching the big game or current movies on HBO and Showtime. “Can’t Top This” has fun family activities in mind for all age groups.

When it is time to relax, “Can’t Top This” features three levels of decks overlooking the Atlantic. The first-floor deck offers shade from the Isle of Palms sun, with numerous comfortable chairs and tables for those who would like to play board games or eat al fresco. The second-floor deck is perfect for catching sun and southwest summer breezes. Finally, the deck off the top floor game room provides a bird’s eye view of the Charleston Jetties, and Sullivan’s Island. (There is even a glimpse of Folly Beach for those with the sharpest eyes). 

The interior of “Can’t Top This” just experienced a number of stylish upgrades. New furniture, bedding, art work, paint, two microwaves, coffee makers, (including a Keurig cup type), area rugs, and fresh shower curtains are just some of the improvements. There have also been mechanical improvements such as a new air conditioning system and a commercial grade ice maker.  All 11 ½ bathrooms have been fully renovated.

All New Amenities at “Can’t Top This” also include:
Outdoor big screen TV and outdoor living room area at the pool level.

New cabinetry in the kitchen and living room

Fun Facts: 
“Can’t Top This” is close to Isle of Palms Recreation Center on 28th Ave., which features a fitness room, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball courts and a huge playground.

“Can’t Top This” is close to the IOP marina with boats for rent or a Eco Tour of nearby islands.  The marina also has a general store with a grill, and a brand-new restaurant with a view of the marina and the intercoastal waterway.

Additionally, IOP is located just 20 min from historic downtown Charleston. 

For the golfers in your group, Can’t Top This is located near the two golf courses at Wild Dunes, as well as numerous beautiful golf courses in the Mount Pleasant and Charleston areas.

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October).   These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

    The house was very clean and well appointed. Michael, Erika and the crew were fantastic. They had beach towels for us to use and beach chairs set up for us everymorning. The kitchen was very well equipped. I would recommend this house or any other managed by Low Country Vacation Properties.

    The property is in a great location and is a great space for a large group of people. Michael was readily available to assist with a few issues that came up during our stay. The house is in need of a deep cleaning and has some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The pool area was ideal for a lot of guests and the private beach access worked out perfectly. My family enjoyed our reunion at IOP

    A beautiful oceanfront home that is in wonderful condition and has all of the amenities necessary for a great vacation with a group of golfing friends. While close to restaurants, we preferred to grill and spend more time living together.

    Our stay at this Isle of Palms home was nothing short of amazing! The hosts went above and beyond, generously allowing us an early check-in and even an extra night free of charge—such a rare and thoughtful gesture!From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was the perfect spot for our multi-generational group (ages 10 to 55). The kids had endless activities—biking safely around town, shooting hoops at the house, playing volleyball in the heated pool, and of course, catching waves in the ocean. Meanwhile, the moms started their mornings with coffee on the deck, listening to the waves, before heading out for pickleball, beach walks, or simply lounging by the pool.The spacious kitchen made mealtime a breeze, and we especially loved picking up big catered dinners and enjoying them together at the house. With tons of fantastic restaurants, historic sites, and downtown Charleston just 15-20 minutes away, we had plenty to explore when we weren’t soaking up the coastal vibes.This trip was filled with incredible memories, and we’re already planning our return. If you’re looking for a house that truly has something for everyone, this is it!

    Very nice house. Clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room for large parties. Michael went above and beyond. We would definitely stay again! My only complaint is the elevator needs to be replaced.

    We celebrated my 40th birthday with friends and family the first week of August. Even though Hurricane Debbie put a small damper on our beach team, we still had an amazing time. The house had ample room for people to hang out and be as social or as isolated as they wanted. Two fridges, two dishwashers, and two washer/dryers was an AWESOME perk given the number of people in the house. TVs in all the rooms plus games/cards/puzzles made sure we were never bored inside and not course the beach, pool, and walkability to shops, bars, and restaurants made the house a perfect venue for a full week of fun! The owner also did an excellent job of keeping us updated regarding the storm and responding to questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this home for anyone considering a large gathering of people for a beach vacation!

    It was a great house - needs to have a maintenance review done and a investment of operating capital. Umbrellas are broken, one pint size barbecue for entire property, problems with toilets. We loved it and it was perfect for our group but the property needs some maintenance.
