OCEANFRONT LUXURY w/POOL! Professionally Decorated Perfect Beach Property !

Beautiful condo. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of cooking items. The owners were very responsive and always answered my messages quickly. Good location and easy walk to beach. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and didn't get to enjoy the pool.

Nice property for two couples. Great location. Comfortable beds. The unit is dated in its furnishings. The kitchen needs more utensils.

It was nice and updated, perfect for our family of 4.

The property was immaculate. Nicely decorated. The couches weren't comfortable and aren't made for lounging and watching TV. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't love having to bring my own linens. I could have worked with an outside agency to have them brought in but I had a bad experience with that so didn't. It's a first floor unit which was perfect. There are two sets of stairs that go up to the front door from the parking lot so it makes it easy for unloading/loading the car. The view off the back deck is beautiful. Beach access path is directly behind the condo. The pool is small but very refreshing after a hot day on the beach. The hosts were quick answering questions and replying to emails. I enjoyed my stay!

Great condo and location

The property was just perfect for our wonderful weekend. Not only were the hosts very responsive in booking, but the unit was beautiful. Kudos to their interior decorator. There was plenty of parking and the beach was right out our back patio. On the front porch were two beautiful chairs overlooking the Wright Memorial. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend.

The condo is lovely and the views can’t be beat. Located right on the beach, it was an easy path to the water. We did have to bring an air mattress as our adult children need their own beds - a set of twins would be more useful. Great place to unwind!

We had a week long vacation enhanced by the great location and sights of the ocean when opening our eyes to a beautiful sunrise. Our week was perfect in this well designed and well furnished place. We had all we needed and more at this spacious abode. Many restaurants close by, easy vibe in town and love and laughter prevailed. Thankyou. For a vacation so needed.

We did not have the view I anticipated. Not an easy access to the beach for seniors.

This property was beautiful and perfectly situated on the beach. It was a great getaway spot for a winter break. I was able to watch the sunrise in the mornings.There were a couple of things that happened which caused a bit of stress after a long week and year of very hard working. When we arrived the key code didn’t work and it was freezing outside. It took about 15 mins to get into the house with cutting winds at our back. Additionally, on the floor of the front bathroom a dead roach lie, which we picked up and tossed out. That night, when it was time for a relaxing shower and bedtime routine, the water stopped working, coming down a drizzle and finally a few drops. The property managers had winterized the unit and the water no longer flowed. I also didn’t realize that we had to bring almost everything we needed including bed sheets, toilet tissue, detergent, towels for our stay and more in addition to our food to cook(which is standard). The listing does say that in all of the text but that would be a reason I’d find other properties next time for this reason. It’s inconvenient for me to want to get away from all the chaos if life and need to pack my entire home to enjoy this get away.Through all of the challenges the owners were responsive and very timely. However with all of the challenges, I wasn’t given any offer to receive credits or partial refunds. I would likely choose another property for the next stay as the cost was pretty expensive for the challenges.

The layout of unit was perfect for two couples. Bedrooms were situated at opposite ends so we each had private space with our own bathrooms. The view was incredible: the Wright Brothers Memorial was out front and the ocean and dunes were in the back. We often sat on the deck watching and listening to the waves crash on the beach. The unit was immaculate and stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils. We would DEFINITELY come back to this property the next time we visit the OBX.

The unit was excellent! Very clean, A+ locations, 15 steps from the beach. We booked again for a few more weeks.

The House was awesome the pictures didnt lie. It was Immaculate and everything was neat and orderly. Dave and Cathy were awesome hosts they are a Blessing. My daughters Alonna25 and Amyah 21 were very impressed which scored big points for Dad. It was great and the location couldnt be better. Thanks VRBO and Dave and Cathy for a great time.
