OceanFront Home with private beach access.

Chose this property for our trip to Redwood State and National Parks. Ocean was right in our backyard and it was beautiful. Kitchen was newly updated which was nice. Anything that we needed was readily available. Quick responses to any questions we had. Would stay again!

The beach access was amazing and we used it every day. The house was clean, warm and had plenty of room.

Loved the ocean views. Cozy house. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Very clean. We just had trouble locking the front door from the inside. It had some kind of remote access dial to dead bold the door. It locked just fine from the outside with a key but we like to deadbolt our door at night and it was very hard to do with the mechanism. Apparently we needed to have an iPhone app and we have an Android.

Loved staying here. The view of the coastline is gorgeous. The children had a fun time. They played in the sand and fished in the ocean. Instead of catching fish, they caught rock crabs at the shore close to the rocks. It was a perfect end to our stay. We hope to come back again next year during crab season. Saw a lot of people catching crabs on the nearby pier.

Kitchen had basics that you need and the ocean view was amazing!

This is a very clean and comfortable house, with a location that can’t be beat. The walk to the beach was as advertised. The furnishings and carpet could use a facelift but great overall because of the location, cleanliness and price.

We had a lovely stay. The home has amazing beach access and views which are the clear stars of the show!! The house has everything you need, and the hosts were great to work with.

The star of this home was definitely the living area. That view alone is 5 stars. The furniture was comfortable and perfect. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were also clean. The home is dated. It had an old smell and could use some deep cleaning in the corners and less dusted spaces, but overall it felt clean. We found a used towel and someone else's shirt in the master room so that felt yucky but other than that the home was clean. It was well-stocked and the location is really just unbeatable for ocean views and proximity to the redwoods. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you!

The views were amazing. Listening to the waves crash with a cup of coffee in the morning was perfection. It was a cold week and the house stayed nice and warm. Great stay!

We had a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked and check in easy. The biggest plus is the ocean view. Enjoyed sunset every evening right from the living room or patio. The house is in need of updating.

You can’t beat this location! Steps away from tide pools. Quiet and plenty of space. Could use some updating but again, location, location, location! Hosts were super responsive.

Please read these reviews. The property is very, very, musty upon arrival. Guessing its the old carpeting. If anyone is sensitive or allergic to mold this IS NOT the property for you. Otherwise property is acceptable, some parts are outdated but it is very clean and the coast view/beach access is amazing.

This property was perfect for our family. So much around for our teen boys to explore. The tide pools were fun to observe and the boys also loved climbing the rocks. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options around town. Our bed was SO comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. We used the kitchen often for breakfast and lunch and found it was very clean and met our needs. We communicated with Ed and Lee several times and they were very kind and attentive to our messages.

The location was very convenient, the house had everything we needed. The owners are very quick to respond any time we messaged them.

The stay was lots of fun and the property and location can’t be beat in Crescent City!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay here with our 3-year-old and 6-year-old. We wanted to explore the Jedidiah Smith Redwoods and the Rocky Coast, and this place had everything we needed! We mostly stayed in the house, relaxing and enjoying the stunning views when we weren’t in the redwoods. It was an absolute dream come true! We even bought groceries nearby, and everything went smoothly.

Property as advertised and very close to nice local brewery, coffee shop, and bakery/sandwich shop. Very easy to get to the redwood forest parks from this location.The bank of ocean-facing windows sets the perfect vibe.

Beautiful views! Well stocked kitchen; spices, cookware and sharp knives. As described 2 bathrooms- one with tub and one with shower that was located near the kitchen. Worked for our family of four. sleep number beds were comfy. Cute town was a great place for our 3 nights exploring the redwoods. We would love to visit again!

Great house. Enjoyed the views from the living room. The back patio. The location for exploring the Redwoods and kids loved tidepooling right out the back door.

If you want beachfront, this place is for you. Comfortable and well stocked kitchen. You can tell the owners love their home—it shows.

Love the beautiful location and views of the ocean from the windows and patio. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed looking in the tide pools at low tide. The drive down to hike in the redwoods was easy. I rated it 4 stars due to strong cleaning smells in the house I found unpleasant, the furnace had been turned off and the house was cold when we arrived. The house could use some updates and care, missing light bulbs etc.

Nothing like waking up and going to bed to the sound of crashing surf. Or watching the sunset over the ocean from the living room/outdoor space. Or accessing the beach from your own private staircases. If that's what your looking for ... this space is for you. The house was easy to find with easy entry. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the space was clean. The location was great jumping off point to explore the coast and play in the redwoods. Would definitely stay again.
