Oceanfront Family Retreat with Kids' Amenities & Stunning Views

On a 60th birthday trip with the girls. Wonderful place to be, wish we could have stayed longer. The decks were a lovely spot to be when we weren’t on the beach.The beds were extremely comfortable. And the neighbors were lovely!

This house is in the most perfect spot on Folly! We love being away from all the crowds. The kids had the best time on the beach and walking to the end of the island was so easy from there. The rooms were set up perfectly for different aged kids, parents, and grandparents. One of the best houses we have stayed in. Scott is an excellent host, very quick to respond and very helpful! 10 out of 10 would come back!

Great house! Obviously the location is unbeatable when you're beachfront so it was only uphill from there. Scott was great with not only communicating but also taking to action when there was a need (e.g. we needed extra towels). The kitchen was well stocked & there were extra blankets as well as floor fans in each room. Also plenty of beach chairs, boogey boards & beach toys on hand.

Perfect location and great stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures showed. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Did not have the basics. There was only one beach towel. There was no sponges to do dishes with, and there was very little towels. A couple of the glasses were cracked as well, and the pans were horrible to use as everything stuck to them. The house itself was good, but what it came with was not. I would think for the money that we paid, the basic essentials would be appropriate.

Book it. Now. Trust me!

Staying at this Folly Beach house was absolute perfection. The home sits right on the beach, giving us front‑row seats to some of the most breathtaking sunrises I’ve ever seen. The beach itself was spotless, peaceful, and just steps from the back door. Inside, the house was immaculate—beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully maintained. It felt like a true coastal retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Excellent place to stay with family. Beach access is super easy and quick and there are multiple places to hang out and enjoy the view!

Great host who responded quickly to anything we needed. Our son got engaged at the lighthouse, and this home was the perfect place for our family to stay during such a special weekend!
