Oceanfront dog friendly beach house with game room and plenty of room

We had a great time. Great location, great view. we had a little bit of difficulty to lock and unlock the doors. We bought additional paper towels, dishwashing liquid. We also filled the gas tank for the grills by ourselves. For future occupants, be prepared for little things like that.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The house fit our family of 12 perfectly with plenty of space to spread out. We loved the firepit and easy beach access and the game room was once again a big hit. The kitchen had everything we needed and the labels on the cabinets got a thumbs up from all of us. We appreciated having coffee and an ample supply of k-cups provided. The king size beds were really comfortable and everyone slept well. There were some minor housekeeping/maintenance issues that were disappointing, especially considering the cost of the rental: ants in kitchen and upstairs bathroom, dispensers in bathrooms not filled, downstairs dryer door won't stay shut, kitchen garbage can needs batteries, towels on shelf upstairs smelled like mildew and had to be washed before using and 3rd floor thermostat wasn't working.Overall, we had a great time. Our family reunion with a dog went amazingly well. The view of the ocean and beach from the house is outstanding and the walk to the beach is very easy. The house is amazingly modern with the biggest kitchen island I have ever seen. We used the firepit one night and felt very safe having a riproaring fire to sing by.The most fun was the recurring battles for victory on the billiard table. We played two, three-handed and team games and had a ball.Nicky Evans

Great views, fully stocked kitchen, lots of couch seating. Games downstairs were great! Kitchen table chairs were uncomfortable and needed some cushions. Would be nice to have a table option to play family games in the upper level.

We had a great stay! House is directly on the beach, with access out the back door to the sand. Home was very well stocked with supplies and even high end touches like Dyson hair dryers. There was so much space to spread out with the 3 levels. Beautiful views from the very top level. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our large group, and was more spacious than we thought it would be! We would definitely stay here again.

We love this house and stay here every Spring Break. The location and views are amazing. I can’t think of a better place to vacation!

Everything was great but the 10 A.M. checkout seemed pretty early and the host was not able to be flexible. I'm giving 5 stars anyway, but cooking and cleaning a big breakfast and packing up was hard to all get done by 10 and caused some stress.

Love this house

This was a wonderful house with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, terrific views and access to the beach, and plenty of games to keep us entertained!

Great house and fully stocked. Was not as clean as would have been expected. But did enjoy the house.

We were a family of 7 adults and 5 kids. We all felt the home was perfect for us.

We had the best family vacation here! The weather was not great on the weekend we were there but the house was our sanctuary. We loved sitting up in the top living room and looking out at the ocean. The game room in the basement was so much fun! The kids were so excited to have their own room! We will definitely be renting again in the summertime. :)

What a lovely house, right on the beach. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the upper floor. The house is very roomy and comfortable with everything you could want to enjoy your time at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need - we had 5 people all preparing dinner at the same time; with plenty of room.

This was a find for us! The game room, the third floor viewing suite, the open kitchen living area, the outside patio… you couldn’t ask for more. So many thoughtful touches throughout the home. We all had everything we needed.

Brought family friends from out of the country and had a lovely stay. House was clean and cozy with excellent views and access to the beach. Only difficult part was locking / unlocking doors!
