    Our family stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and we couldn’t have picked a better home for our trip. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for our cooking needs, the house was beautiful and very clean, and the hot tub and outdoor shower was a great bonus! We highly recommend this for any guests wanting a comfortable stay and an easy location to the beach and all things Santa Cruz.

    The location is PERFECT! Great view just across the street. Short walk to beach, boardwalk, and lighthouse. The home is an older home, but has been maintained well. Hanging out in the front porch admiring the view and people watching was our favorite part of this home.

    We had a wonderful family reunion at this home in Santa Cruz! The location couldn’t be more perfect—right on West Cliff Drive, with stunning ocean views and just a 10-minute walk to the Boardwalk. We loved sitting out front, watching the waves and all the people biking, walking, and walking their dogs along the path.The house itself was very welcoming and accommodating. It’s an older home and shows some wear and tear from years of use, but it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, so we were able to make all our meals there. Our favorite spot was definitely the front fire pit—it was the perfect place to gather in the evenings.All in all, it was a great place for our family to relax, reconnect, and enjoy beautiful Santa Cruz!

    Beautiful cozy home in a perfect location! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk but just far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation from the crowds. The views from the front deck are amazing, with the boardwalk lights across the water glowing at night while you enjoy the warm firepit & listen to sounds of the seals in the distance, surfers and otters in the bay, palm trees gently blowing in the warm breeze, all right across the street. The house was clean, cozy and welcoming, with comfortable beds and lovely decorations, all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved this home and so grateful for your helping us to make our trip to CA memorable and fantastic! Thank you!

    The location is great. We had great weather. We were close to where our family celebrated Thanksgiving.I do feel it is very expensive. Total everything and divide by 4 , we paid 1200 a day. Never have I ever paid this much. There were only five of us.

    Spectacular view. Outstanding front deck and true to form pictures. Walking access to so many beautiful Santa Cruz destinations including Natural Bridges, the Wharf and the Boardwalk, and downtown. Comfy beds and plenty of space for 10 ladies seeking a fulfilling escape from the day to day mundane! Some plumbing issues but they were quick to send reinforcements to get it tended to.

    This house is in a great location and has a nice porch overlooking the water. That's about it. The sheets and towels were clean but the rest of the house in in disrepair. There is peeling paint in several rooms. The wooden doors are all peeling at the bottom. The door frames are all completely banged up and filthy. Everything could use a coat of paint. The sinks and bathtub are peeling. The entire place is in disrepair and to charge what they are charging is unfair. There are no amenities. There was no soap in any of the showers. The water filter in the fridge is broken and there is not one on the sink nor is there a simple filtered pitcher in the fridge. Ice machine is also broken so you need to make your own ice. The listing also makes no mention of the house next door which has an addition that is completely under construction so that's what you're looking at from the hot tub. I contacted management immediately upon checking in as I always defer to letting people help you with your problems before writing a bad review and I was told I'd receive a call back shortly. I did not. Four days later I checked in with them and still no suggestion for a resolution. At this point, it's been almost a week since I stayed there and still no response. It is not properly advertised nor worth the money they are charging.

    Great location and view of the water, wharf and Boardwalk. Hot tub was nice but wood step getting out of hot tub very slick when wet, need to add traction strips to avoid falls. Ice maker and water dispenser in kitchen refrigerator were not operational and for the cost of the rental they should be. The light in the refrigerator was also out. Had an issue with the lack of HOT water but called property manager who did respond with an emergency plumber who came out after hours and fixed the issue. House could be cleaner as there were dust bunnies under the bed. Fire pit in front was a favorite spot with the view and fire pit. Garage did have umbrellas, chairs and various beach accessories along with pool table.
