Stayed Jul 29, 2025Location was amazing. Easy to walk everywhere. House was in great shape. Very spacious for 9 of us. Kids all piled into the bunk room. It was a bit noisy overnight each night (traffic/re-supply trucks to boardwalk/seagulls!!) that it was tough to leave the windows open. Otherwise we had zero complaints.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025What a fun place to stay for a Santa Cruz vacation. Loved 4th bedroom with 2 bunks, perfect for the kids. Loved 4 bathrooms. Walked to food and fun. We didn’t drive after we arrived, except for redwood hike at Cowell - gorgeous.

Stayed May 30, 2025We absolutely loved our stay for our end of girl scout years! We loved thebhouse, the distance to everything was perfect. Truly enjoyed the house too! Perfect for people watching too! The train went by too. We could have stayed a lot longer comfortably.

Stayed May 11, 2025Plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a large gathering space on each floor. It seemed strange that the lower floor had 2 large couches and the upper floor (with the kitchen) only had one (we like food). The dining table only sat 6, but we found a larger folding table in a closet and used that. Otherwise, it was a great place for a family gathering. The wharf and main beach are just across the road, which is very convenient. Noise wasn’t an issue, but we were there mid-May during the week. Highly recommended.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025This home met all our expectations and more! The location is exactly what we were looking for. We could walk out the door and had everything we could want: the beach, the pier, the boardwalk, and all the restaurants and shops we could ask for. The house was set up perfectly for our family. There are beach toys in the garage for our use, kitchen fully equipped, and the views were amazing. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating. We could have easily had multiple families here.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024The house is wonderful and we were very comfortable and happy with our stay. We couldn’t check in on time because it was still being cleaned and we were not provided with a late checkout which doesn’t seem fair. We would definitely stay again in low season because the high season rates are out of our price range.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024The place is exactly as pictured with great ocean views and lots of space with an upstairs and downstairs living room. Lots of walkable restaurants and basically across the street from the pier. Very convenient! Plenty of cookware and dishware to make yourself at home. It is on a one way street so it took a loop or two to find it for the first time. Just look for the blue house! Other than that no complaints whatsoever.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024We absolutely loved the location! The beds were comfortable. There's even a drawer full of toys and games. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. It was perfect for our little family but has TONS of room for us to bring friends next time. It's affordable and comfortable. The only thing was the dryer didn't seem to be heating fully enough to dry our laundry, but that's an easy fix!
