Stayed Apr 5, 2026Fantastic stay on the beach for our family of four. Host was courteous and responsive, and the place is wonderfully quirky and perfectly clean. One of the few original beach cottages left on Folly, and we hope to stay again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Sandi’s home is a true treasure ! It was just what we needed - perfect location - 4 comfortable beds and a deck with a breeze ! The house was clean and the check in process was easy . Loved using the outdoor deck and the outdoor shower was a plus .We enjoyed our time and would certainly stay again !

Stayed May 28, 2025This was our second year in a row at this property and I've already booked for 2026. The location and view can't be beat, and the owner is always responsive and provides you with enough of the basics, and even things you didn't expect, like beach towels, sand toys, and even flashlights! I plan to keep coming back for as many years as I can.

It's not a new build which is what we wanted. It has personality and who can complain about a beachfront view. I feel so fortunate to have been able to stay here.
