Stayed Jul 19, 2025Sandi’s home is a true treasure ! It was just what we needed - perfect location - 4 comfortable beds and a deck with a breeze ! The house was clean and the check in process was easy . Loved using the outdoor deck and the outdoor shower was a plus .We enjoyed our time and would certainly stay again !

Stayed May 28, 2025This was our second year in a row at this property and I've already booked for 2026. The location and view can't be beat, and the owner is always responsive and provides you with enough of the basics, and even things you didn't expect, like beach towels, sand toys, and even flashlights! I plan to keep coming back for as many years as I can.

It's not a new build which is what we wanted. It has personality and who can complain about a beachfront view. I feel so fortunate to have been able to stay here.

Stayed May 29, 2024The house had everything we needed and then some! Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, ample armoires and drawers in each bedroom for clothes storage, and chairs and sandcastle-making equipment to take to the beach. We never ran out of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. The host was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. And the proximity to the beach can't be beat! We feel like we've found our forever-rental at Folly Beach: I've already booked for next year.

Stayed May 20, 2024I booked this for my adult kids and me for beach vacation. The house was great, the location was fantastic and had everything we needed. It was a quiet week and very relaxing.
