The large ocean view primary suite on the third level is breathtaking with a super comfy king-size bed with lie down views. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee watching the ocean come alive in the morning, or toast the sunset on your bedroom terrace, while watching the colors of the evening sky dance across the sea. Take a wonderful bath after a day on the beach in the renovated bathroom featuring a garden tub or rinse the sand away in the new spacious tile shower.

We absolutely loved staying at 63 Grand Pavilion. The view was breathtaking and I had the best sleep in our guest bed. Access to the beach is ideal and we just walked out to the ocean all day. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Great place, highly recommend.

We stayed with 3 families and our teenage daughters for my daughters 17th birthday and to celebrate fall break. Everything about this home is perfect. Walking distance to all the Grand Pavilion area with restaurants and shops as well as step out the door and onto the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to all involved with our stay here. Could not have been better. 5 stars

Beach view and access are great. Beach equipment was plentiful. Sadly there were not enough supplies (paper towels, toilet paper) for our short stay. All else was great.

Loved the home and the location. Beautiful spot on the beach. And found the most beautiful seashells right in front of the home on the beach. Just lovely. I would stay here again. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have a few more portable beach chairs and some beach toys for kids and a couple of boogie boards. My kids did a lot of belly surfing and would've loved some boards. I still give the place 5 stars. It was wonderful.

Our family enjoyed staying in this home. It’s on the beach which is very convenient with kids. The house has plenty of room. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated. It has a lot of beach character. Owners communicated quickly. Check in and out was extremely easy. We love staying at wild dunes. We could walk to the amenities by the hotel. The house is very close to the beach bar and pools. We will be back!

The house was everything we could have wanted. Our group of 12 ranged in age from 1 to 78. The place was comfortable, spacious enough for everyone to have privacy, kitchen was extremely well stocked with equipment. Beautiful house right on a wonderful wide area of the beach. The area is densely populated so you do look right over at your neighbors. And parking is a slight nuisance - four cars all in a row so we had to play musical cars every time someone wanted to go somewhere. That was - no kidding - the only negative at all.

We enjoyed the 4 king bedrooms each having their own en-suite. The room with bunk beds also had its own bathroom but our 3 and 5 year old grandchildren couldn’t reach the sink. It would be great to provide a step stool in that bathroom or bring your own. The pool was very close to where we stayed and the pool side service was exceptional. There was plenty of seating in the home and we truly enjoyed reading on the porch while listening to the waves. The management company was very responsive and took care of minor concerns immediately. They offered a coffee pot and Keurig. We didn’t feel they provided enough kitchen towels (2) so we bought some and left it. They provided 1 new sponge so we bought 3 dish cloths and left it there. There are only 2 towels per bedroom but the washer and dryer was convenient and we used it daily. There’s plenty of dishes and utensils as well as glasses and wine glasses. The ice maker kept up with our needs and the beverage fridge was fabulous for keeping daily beverages cold. Every room in the house has a TV. Our week was so relaxing. We rented bikes and body boards and had a chance to use them. We were unable to keep the umbrellas in the sand despite putting the stakes all the way into the ground. It was so windy, the umbrellas fell over. The chairs were great. I’d say don’t bother with a cooler. You’re so close yo the beach, you can go in and get lunch easy enough. There’s no access point for kayaking. Loved this vacation!

We loved this house and especially the views! So close to the beach and so much room! The only two downers were the parking is extremely tight and stairs stairs stairs. Most of us are young enough but very challenging for those nit so young. Otherwise pretty perfect for our beach adventures.
