Ocean Way Estates home with large yard & deck- dog-friendly

Property was perfect. Clean, and exactly as expected. We had family from Belgium visiting and they were impressed. They offered a lot of fun amenities. Would recommend.

Great place, good location modern and clean.

Had a great time with our family at this location. The neighborhood was pleasant and there were a lot of other dogs in it at the time of our stay. We saw deer and a turtle out and about when walking. This location is within walking distance to golf and icecream. There is even a secret tunnel (clearly marked path) under the bridge to get across the street safely. The home was clean. It was also nice to have beach chairs, coolers and an extra fridge in the garage. We did rent bikes as the bikes there were not a good fit for my teen boys but the bike shop is close and it’s 50 ish bucks per bike for the week. The outside seating was perfect as was the grill to make cooking a breeze. I would definitely stay here again :)

Our family enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and our dog loved the fenced in yard. We appreciated the beach chairs available to use. Great location for walking in the neighborhood and along the canal trail.

We were a family of eight people and there was plenty of room for us (ten can also easily fit if four share the bunk-bed room). The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially loved the gazebo porch and being able to take the trolley to the beach. Would highly recommend this place!

We loved the layout of the home and the quiet neighborhood. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment spots! The family LOVED their Bethany Beach Vacation! We highly recommend this home! It will not disappoint!

Our family, friends, and children loved our time at this beach house! The home more than accommodated our needs for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the many extras in the home such as the extra large refrigerator in the garage, fenced yard, double drive way, lighted gazebo, inside and outside games, beach gear, and bikes! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this home for your vacation.

This house is very charming with lots of spaces to hang out. It is an ideal location and close to the beach and many activities. We would definitely return again!

We stayed for a family weekend getaway, and this home did not disappoint! Between the 4 adults, and 6 kids we all had plenty of space to enjoy our relaxing beach weekend! We would definitely book here again!

We were a party of six. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The home was very roomy and spacious! We enjoyed the open-floor plan and cooking in the kitchen! There was an outside grill that we cooked on too! We enjoyed eating outside under the gazebo. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a miniature golf place. All of the major stores were on Route 26 so we did not need to deal with the beach traffic to get groceries. We will definitely come back!

House is great for a family stay. Very roomy and spacious Provides games beach items dog toys. High Chair etc. Close to everything including beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay.

Great clean house. Short ride to the beach. Nice trail nearby for walking or biking. Mini golf within walking distance, but the neighborhood is very quiet. Just what the doctor ordered.

We had an amazing time at the beach house. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 babies. Our family enjoyed the large open concept for gathering together. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pan, etc. The large extra refrigerator in the garage was amazing to keep our drinks cold! We took advantage of the beach gear and bicycles in the garage. There were indoor and outdoor games for us to play. The gazebo with lights and outside fan were extremely nice and comfortable to relax. We would sit outside at night and have a few drinks while the babies were sleeping. We were able to park our four vehicles in the driveway. We liked our stay so much that we already booked for next year!

Great house in a great location. Close to the beach. Walking distance to put-put and food. So much fun!

We enjoyed our beach time! The home suited our 2 family needs very well. The open living space was superb for gathering together and watching tv. The kitchen and breakfast nook made it so we could all eat together! The home is close to the beach that you could ride bikes, take the trolley, or drive. The kids had a wonderful time at the mini-golf course at the end of the street. No driving needed, we simply waked to the end of the road and played golf and then got ice-cream. It's nice that we could enjoy our vacation with our dog too! Having a fenced yard is a plus! We will come again!

House has potential to be a good rental but needs improvement. Very quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to stores, restaurants and beach.
