THE LIVING SPACE & KITCHEN
Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious reverse floor plan with the main living, oversized kitchen, and dining areas upstairs to maximize the ocean views. Large windows on three sides flood the space withnatural light, while a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops offers everything you need to cook and gather. Whether you're enjoying cocktails at the bar, reading in the great room, or playing board games at the dining table, there's plenty of room to connect with your people.


PORCHES & VIEWS
The screened porch, with comfy, upholstered chairs, and adjoining sun deck offer the perfect places to sip morning coffee, listen to the surf, or watch ships glide by on the ocean and Cape Fear River. In the evening, the west-facing porch becomes your front-row seat to island sunsets—best enjoyed from a rocking chair with a cold drink in hand.

PRIVACY & LOCATION
Our lot on a quiet cul-de-sac provides lush greenery and wildlife sightings—from deer to ospreys. You are just a short block from the sand and a quick trip to the Bald Head Island Club.


INCLUDED FOR YOUR STAY
-- TRANSPORTATION: Two golf carts (one 6-seater and one 4-seater) plus a trailer for beach gear.
-- BEACH GEAR: 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, and a stash of sand toys.
-- BICYCLES: Access to at least two adult bicycles (subject to condition).
-- TECH: High-speed Mesh Wi-Fi, big screen TV, and a Bluetooth speaker system throughout the top floor and porches.
