Ocean Views, Quiet, Unique Artistry, Beach Access, Hot Tub

Hot tub was fabulous and the kitchen certainly met all of our needs. This is a lovely home, we had one small hiccup upon arriving, but the homeowners were adamant to make things right, which they certainly did and was appreciated!

We loved our stay here! It ended up being rainy and this was the perfect setting to enjoy a rainy Oregon coast day. The view is great, the hot tub was excellent and the general decor and vibe was perfectly coastal. The path to the beach is super convenient too.

What a great place! Thoroughly enjoyed some nighttime hot tubbing with a sunset. Perfect accommodations. I’d recommend to anyone and would love to return one day with our kids!

It is a lovely home with a nice view of the ocean. I had a nice stay, although it was so rainy, I couldn't try the walk to the beach.

Everything was great! Rose was a gracious host and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway, spiral staircase could be a challenge for older guests but kitchen is ready if you bring the food.Hope to visit again!

We did not use the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies great galley kitchen!

Very nice house. Hot tube was nice and loved the path to the beach. Wish there had been a shower upstairs with the bedrooms but not that bad. Overall it was a great place

Second time we stayed at this place. Clean, great location, all the cooking “gadgets” you could ever need. Short, easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to Cannon Beach or Seaside. Communication with owners was good. A lot of good hiking trails not far from the house with some spectacular views. If you haven’t visited this part of the country, it’s worth the trip.

The place this house is located in is SO beautiful and quiet. It was awesome to go in to the busy Cannon Beach and Seaside where is is bustling and then come back to this home for peace. This house had everything we needed. The hot tub was very much used by our teens. The trail from the house to the beach was lovely, it is a bit of a walk, but it is nice. The walk home is uphill, so be prepared! LOVED our stay!

We had an amazing weekend. Great dining and shopping in Cannon Beach and Seaside. The house was perfect for us. We would have loved the hot tub but the rain was a deterrent. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location with short walk to the beach. We enjoyed spending time on the beach but it was also easy to go into town too. Clean and well equipped.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The private beach and the quiet neighborhood makes it very relaxing. However, there is a new house built down below in the next lot, so the new house is in your line of site, but it’s a neighborhood, So that’s how it goes. The hotub water stank a little tho (prolly needed changing), and the kitchen was a little dirty when we arrived. Close proximity to many beaches and a gym is at cannon beach.

Spiral staircase was one negative. And that the shower was not on the same level as the hot tub, therefore making it quite precarious to rinse off before or after use. Perhaps add a hand held shower nozzle to upstairs tub?

The Mermaid House is a special, unique, Arch Cape home filled with artful touches and beautiful views. This home is perched on a hill in a private wooded area. The sunsets were stunning and the ocean sounds lulled us to sleep each night. The top deck has a hot tub perfect for stargazing and relaxing after a day walking on the beach. So well appointed and clean- we didn’t want for anything. The host was timely and helpful in her communication. We Definitely recommend this home for your beach stay.

My wife and i had a wonderful time at this property. It was in a beautiful location, and the house was just as nice as advertised. We were able to relax in a way i did not think was possible. The hot tub worked wonderfully, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect. The

My wife and I stayed 3 amazing nights here. The house is nicely appointed, the kitchen fully stocked, checkin/out was a breeze and communication with the owners was awesome. The best part was the view, from the kitchen while cooking dinner, the lower patio for coffee, and from the upper deck hottub. The forest surrounding the neighborhood is lush and gorgeous. The sound of the ocean was just what we needed. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurant and grocery choices between Cannon Beach and Manzanita.There is plenty of good hiking in the area if you are in to that, we really like Oswald State Park. Overall, perfect trip and perfect house, wish it had been longer. Definitely plan on going back!

The house is perfect for two! The beach is wonderfully close as are the towns north and south. Hot tub was great to relax in and it was a quiet, easy to find neighborhood. Comfortable inside and out. A gem!

We hit the Oregon Coast with sunshine and no wind. The house is perfect - well kept, everything worked, comfy bed, and beautiful view of the ocean. The path to the beach was remarkable. Great stay, great home.

Perfect location between Manzanita and Canon beach. Very cozy with the fireplace. Hot tub was perfect place to relax and watch the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a blast.

Can’t even begin to thank Rose and the hospitality she showed us coming back. We loved being able to relax and recoup from our daily travels up and down the Oregon coast in this beautiful home. When we arrived the house was beautifully cleaned and looked super cozy. We loved the hot tub and the quick drive to cannon beach. The bed was very comfortable, the owners were extremely communicative, and the view of the beach and sunsets every night were breathtaking! We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful, unique home in Arch Cape. The kitchen is well appointed, everything was very clean and comfortable. It's a short 5 min drive to Cannon Beach and is quiet and relaxing, away from the busyness and tourism of town. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, listening to the ocean waves, and took several nice walks down a short path to the beach. Just lovely! The owners were very sweet and accommodating in our communications, and we look forward to another vacation there!
