Great location for Shell Beach , Walk on Beach. Loved the private yard . Older house , so kitchen is showing its age. Host provides lots of beach accessories, including bikes. Table tennis in garage was a plus.

Wonderful clean house near the ocean to spend a long family weekend at. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked allowing us to easily cook all our meals. Ping pong table was a real hit. Loved having the bikes to cruise around and chase the sunset. Thank you!

We have stayed in several VRBOs at Sea Ranch and this is undoubtedly one of the nicest. It is a beautifully appointed/maintained two story home with plenty of benefits; a picturesque view of the ocean, a large well stocked kitchen; an easy 10 minute stroll to a beautiful walk on beach; a terrific outdoor spa; bicycles and a ping pong table for use in the garage; plenty of open space/privacy all around and it is in immaculate condition..

Everything was perfect at this lovely house! Comfort, location, amenities! Would definitely stay there again!

This home was ideal for our short 3 day stay! We absolutely loved the house and loved that we were such a short walk to the beach. The owners go beyond and above to ensure that our stay was good. We could not have been happier!

The five of us really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be better. We enjoyed the back yard with hot tub and had fun playing ping pong in the garage. The house is immaculate, the kitchen is well-furnished with plenty of pots, pans and serving dishes. It’s a very short walk to Shell Beach and the Bluff Trail. The succulents in the back yard are beautiful!

The house had a geat courtyard for the dogs & soaking up the sun. Close to the beach and walking trails. Host was helpful & communicative. Would absolutely stay here again!

Such a delightful property. Everything you'd want for a winter stormy getaway before the holiday rush. Rooms are roomy great with extra blankets and pillows. Access to the beach and walks ideal. Simple and tasteful. Hot tub under the stars with view of the sea was also a perk. Owners are great with communication!

We loved the house. The street it is on only has 4 homes total and a lot of open space around the home, so it feels very private. The very close access to the beach is awesome. The beach scene itself is breathtaking with many rock structures, waves pounding, walkable sand, walkable into the surf at lower tides, tidepools, wildlife, secluded - amazing!

We were visited daily by deer: a buck, doe and several young ones. The ocean glimmers, the stars come out at night, and you can snuggle in front of the lovely fireplace. The location gives you easy access to Gualala and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Be sure to read the Independent Coast Observer newspaper and listen to KGUA radio 88.3 FM to find out about all the local events. Pipers Reach is clean and comfortable. You'll really enjoy your stay.

We spent Labor Day weekend at Pipers Reach. What a wonderful place to stay! The location is quiet, secluded, and a short walk to the coastal trail and beach. The home is very well-equipped, and I hope to use the bikes and play some ping pong on our next trip. This fenced backyard for our dog was also a plus. Overall, it is one of the best vacation homes I've stayed in!

Wonderful place! Very comfortable, quality furnishings. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach, and everything you need - chairs, umbrella, towels. Lots of walking trails in the community with beautiful coastline views. Oversized clean spa was a bonus. Accommodating and super responsive host. We loved it, and so did our Golden Retriever!

This property was in a great location to the beach. At night you could hear the waves which is so relaxing. I loved the fenced in yard for our dog and the spa was great. The only thing that was hard was the fact that you couldn’t have your dogs upstairs. I honestly might not have rented the is place because of this rule. I did t see it anywhere until we arrived and were looking for a pizza menu. Other than that it was good.
