Ocean Views ! A Luxurious Vacation Home to Remember !

Fantastic house, beautiful and great location! Owner was easy to communicate with and maintains a lovely home.

This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed it immensely. Was the perfect size for our group with great proximity to the beach -just a block and a half away. The kitchen was well equipped. The extra icemaker was a nice surprise. Having two extra refrigerators in the garage was perfect to keep drinks cold - it gets hot in Isle of Palms in July! The beds were comfy and the rooms all spacious. Thanks for a great week!

Kitchen Well equipped (important for our group). Small inconveniences with filtered water and microwave that didn’t seem to heat food correctly. Relatively close to beach access. Separate ice maker was a winner!

My family and I were in Charleston for my nephews wedding. We decided to stay at Isle of Palm because my 3 kids and I had stayed at Wild Dunes in 2012 and enjoyed it so much. While we were not at Wild of Dunes this time - the area nearby and the house did not disappoint. Check-in was a breeze. We arrived well before the 4:00 check-in but the host Brian sent a message saying we could use the code for the door as early as 1:00. That helped out greatly as my 17 month old granddaughter badly needed a nap. A few of us took a quick ride to Harris Teeter and loaded up the awesome kitchen. We had every breakfast there as well as a few lunches and dinners. The kitchen is almost the best feature of this house. We loved spending time at the massive counter surrounding the kitchen and the large island.The elevator was also very helpful and easy to use.We used all the bedrooms. We were a party of 10 - ages 17 months to 85 years old - we all slept great!!I personally loved walking to the beach every day. We made the whole loop from the house around to the park then Harris Teeter and eventually the walk back from Wild Dunes where the wedding party was staying. What a lovely location, I would not hesitate to come back!Collectively our only negative mention is the lack of a full length mirror. When getting ready for a formal wedding everyone needs to check themselves out in a full length mirror. That's a small mention though. The house and host are great!

We had a group of 10 here for a bachelor party and this place had all we needed. Much nicer television than in the pics which was great for watching some college basketball. Plenty of seating in the living room, porches and rooftop view were all awesome. Could maybe do some updating with couches / grill out back but still did the job! Overall the house is truly a great spot and great location close to the public beach access and only a few minutes from some great restaurants and bars. Brian was very responsive and helpful as well.

We loved the house and location. The kitchen was fabulous and so well equipped. Perfect for making my Thanksgiving dinner! A super short walk to the beautiful beach. The best part was plenty of room for us to all be together. We loved it.

This property is beautiful, well kept, spacious and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are very comfortable and separate enough for you to enjoy some individual quiet time if you go as a group, which we did. There were 6 of us. Meanwhile, the great room is large, with many places to eat, sit and to enjoy the outside view. One of our favorite places in the house was the large porch on the upper level with multiple rocking chairs that allowed our group to relax together. We also went up on the roof deck, which adds to the sense of serenity and calm that we experienced in this home. Note that there is a spiral staircase that takes you up to there, and this may be unwieldy for older guests. The house is minutes away from restaurants and a grocery store as well as other small shops and services. This was especially helpful as we got settled into the property. Brian was extremely accommodating and easily accessible for our needs. A couple of things needed fixing and he took care of it right away. He also gave good recommendations for places to eat, both on Isle of Palms and in Charleston itself. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this home and I would recommend it highly to any future visitors.

This house is amazing and definitely lives up to the description listed. Brian was very easy to work with as well as easy to contact with questions. We never had an issue with anything leading up to or during our stay. The house is in a great location and is a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Awesome responsive owner, lots of unexpected helpful things you don’t get at other rentals, great location, great elevator, super clean, honestly couldn’t think of anything that could have been better!!!!!

Our second year in the fantastic house. You can’t beat the location, set up and host—great all around. Loved it!

The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for board games, places to read quietly and enjoy family time. Porches were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items needed for our cooking and serving needs. Amazingly we did not have issues with mosquitoes in the outside shower or ground level areas!

Our family really enjoyed our time at the property!
