Ocean View Villa ★ Non-Smoking ★ Private Vacation Home Near Bethany Beach

Had an amazing stay! The house was extremely spacious and Aaron was really easy to get ahold of. We loved hanging out in the sunroom and appreciated all of the amenities. Highly recommend!

The people--communicative: The owners and manager were super responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a hiccup upon arrival that was addressed immediately. Wifi and TV--excellent: The wifi was fast, which meant those of us who had to work remotely could do so. There were a lot of TV channels to choose from, for those that wanted some indoor down time. Location--terrific: The house is around the corner from Ocean View brewery and 'Cafe on 26'. It's a 12-minute walk or less to Drifting Grounds (best coffee), Bonkey's (best ice cream), CVS, Royal Farms, a pizza place, Charlie K's BBQ, and a produce stand. There are many more places (like mini golf) within a 20-minute walk. So, you don't have to get in your car all the time. If you need to turn left on Atlantic in traffic, just go one block east to Central where there is a traffic light and a crosswalk. House--large and quiet There were several common areas for people to congregate in. The sunroom was our favorite. We watched the birds in the backyard each morning. The ping-pong table is in the garage, so we also spent time there too. Of course, the most popular area was the kitchen/eating area, which has all the basics and then some. Other stuff: They had bikes in decent condition for pedaling around. They didn't have locks, so we didn't leave them unattended. They had various items for the beach (boogie boards, buckets, etc). They also had a ping pong table that is perfect for a rainy day.

This is a beautiful home with restful beds and modern bathrooms. Grill for grilling. Chairs for sitting on the beach. A ping pong table set up in the garage for rainy days. Close to Bethany Beach and nearby fishing. Lovely sunroom. We enjoyed many Monopoly games at the kitchen table. There was even a spoon and fork for a toddler. Aaron was very easy to deal with. Hope to be back again.

Beautiful home was perfect for my families beach vacation. Aaron, the property manager was very attentive and answered all inquiries quickly. Tastefully decorated in a fusion of colonial charm with a beach flare. The sun room was a joy to hang out and relax in.

10/15 min drive to the beach. Small towels. Quiet, lots of space. Pet freindly

The owner was responsive and pleasant. We had a relaxing time at this location. The kitchen was well equipped. The WiFi worked throughout the house. We appreciated the bikes and beach equipment. With 7 adults coming and going, the keyless entry made things easy. The double bed was uncomfortable for two adults, but otherwise the beds were comfortable.
