Ocean View, Short Walk to Beach, Free Golf Cart Included

There were several major problems with this rental property.Upon entering we noticed a foul smell. When we opened the fridge and freezer to store food we were hit with the revolting smell of fish. This property has obviously allowed fishermen to store dead fish in freezer/fridge. We could not use the ice and had to throw away anything like grapes, blueberries, lettuce as the stench stuck to everything. I had to bleach out my icechest and containers we brought home. Worse is the bottom step was broken in half. I sprained my ankle and will see a doctor as it is not better after 10 days. My son-in-law went face first in the dirt carrying items to the car. I am 67 and have had 4 spine surgeries. If it had been me I would be suing. One of my sons also twisted his ankle coming down the steps. The third bedroom is virtually unuseable. There is a window which has no curtain or cover that beams in the neighbor's lights all night. There is also no door for this bedroom. There was disgusting mold in the coffee maker as it had not been cleaned out and dishes that were so greasy that it was gross. Avoid this rental at all costs unless you love the odor of dead fish.

Had a great time at the beach. Pretty clean overall. The kitchen drawers needed to be cleaned because of crumbs and what looked like coffee grounds. Beds were comfy. The outside patio furniture needs to be replaced. The chairs were both unusable. There were some stools that we used instead. The showers had rain heads and were really nice. Looks like they were updated recently. Outside lights weren’t all working so it was dark going up the stairs. Kenny was really nice and checked on us. The boardwalk going to the beach was handy. Only about a 2 minute walk.

We loved our stay. Host was communicative, home was immaculate, had everything, and the grandkids had a ball. Thanks to the owners and VRBO for making our Christmas beach trip memorable.

Great house! Had everything we needed. Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Host Kenny was excellent. We would have had less questions if we hadn't put stuff in front of the information binder. Found it the evening before we left. Golf cart was a huge benefit, made getting all our stuff to the beach so easy. We've stayed in the neighborhood previously & knew the convenience to the beach & town. Has a few items that need minor repairs, but it seems typical of rentals at the end of the season. Was awesome for my wife & I & for our adult son & his roommate. Everyone had a bit of privacy. We will definitely consider renting again. Highly recommend!

The location could not have been better! The boardwalk is literally right across the street. Kenny was super responsive and let us check in early, and it was nice to get a pet friendly rental for a great fee (we've been charged exhorbitant amounts in the past at other places).

This was by far a great stay!! Easy check in, two minute walk to the beach, CART INCLUDED! Owners were super easy to communicate with.

I stayed here with my family recently and this house was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed! Short walk to beach or a min drive to beach if you want to take car instead. The golf cart was an amazing perk and made everything so convenient! Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, great location beach home! Having access to the golf cart provided was a HUGE bonus! Modern, everything we needed was included in the house. Our family loved this beach getaway. Great hosts as well, fast response and very helpful!

17 Laplaya was as advertised. Clean space, plenty of amenities and very close to the beach. The golf cart was very useful.

Property was close to the beach and golf cart was a huge bonus. Owner was very accommodating for allowing us an extra night and was quick to respond.
