Ocean View Retreat in Carmel Meadows w/ Hot Tub. Walk to Trails & Beach!

We loved our start at this property, the area is great, you can walk to the beach. Would definitely book again if we come back to Carmel

loved this beautiful home. it was spotless and super comfortable. enjoyed the ocean view. easy walk to beach. along beach and shore you can walk to Carmel. short drive to Carmel Point Lobos state park was incredible and also lots of beautiful hikes in Big Sur.

The place was great except for the arrival. We never got the code to enter property and it became stressful.

This property was perfectly located for our visit to Carmel and Monterey. Listening to the waves while sitting on the deck was amazing! Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a must. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean as was the whole house. I would stay there again!

This is a great place and location. Plenty of room in the house. Beautiful beach views, quiet location, close to shops, and Fisherman’s wharf within 15 mins.

Beautiful home with walking distance to a footpath to the beach. Nice clean and roomy. The house has a great floor plan and is in a well established quiet neighborhood south of downtown. Tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful art. Beds and linens were comfortable and we slept well. Great views from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen could use a better selection of plates , bowls, glasses etc. but all in all a wonderful rental.

We had a wonderful reunion - the house was just perfect to accommodate our family. The location is stellar!

This was a great property. The home is large, comfortable and looks even better than the photographs. Three large bedrooms, with large en suite bathrooms. The grounds are beautiful and private. The location was incredibly convenient for trips to the beach, day trips to Big Sur, Monterey, Santa Cruz, or just hanging around in Carmel. The local beach, which is a five minute walk down the street, is spectacular. There is a Safeway five minutes down the road and a Whole Foods 15 minutes away. There are myriad excellent casual restaurants, of all sorts, nearby and even more in Carmel, which is a 15 minutes away drive. The hosts were good communicators as was the local caretaker, who quickly addressed a problem with the WiFi/internet. Highly recommend for a trip to the Carmel / Big Sur area!

Home was lovely and in a great location for access to different activities. One of us left a 'blissy' pillow case and wondered if I can make arrangements to have it sent to the guest. We would be happy to pay for the cost of mailing. Thank you. Karen

The house is so nice

We absolutely loved the house, so spacious, perfect location for all things along Highway 1. Minutes to Carmel by the sea, short walk from house to the beach. Friendly neighbors. Have already told friends about it. Couldn’t ask for a better place!
