We had a great family gathering! The host was very attentive to our needs and the neighbors were also very friendly. Beach access was great and the weather gave us 2 amazing days which was a plus. Thank you Yvonne for the hospitality. We look forward to doing it again!

The house was great and clean. Host was great and helpful. The house is very close to the beach. There was plenty of room for our 10 family members. And, parking for 3 cars. We were in town for a memorial, so family stopped by throughout the day. Everyone was comfortable.

We loved this quirky, far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to Pismo to be convenient, house that was about 100 yards from the beach. That meant we could easily walk to the beach whenever we wanted, and to the ATV rental places only 3 blocks away. We liked that we weren't in Pismo but still had access to everything the area had to offer. The managers were incredibly responsive even for the little these can wait items we noticed, and there were only a few. All-in-all, an easy rental experience that helped make this one of our best family vacations ever. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay in Oceano. The home was comfortable and so close to the beach. Yvonne was very communicative. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. We look forward to heading back out to Oceano next year!

The property was clean, well organized, and had the right amenities for our stay. Communication with the owner leading up to our stay was timely and clear. Check-in and check-out was easy. Location was well situated with quick beach access and a short drive to Pismo. Plenty of good restaurants in Oceano as well.

Such a great place to stay for a relaxing time in the central coast. Short minute walk to the beach and a place for the whole family to gather. It’s great to have a full bath and bedroom downstairs for those who struggle with stairs. We had everything we needed for a fun stay with several families together for our son’s wedding. Quiet, peaceful, clean, and a great location!

Stayed here while movers moved us into our new home nearby. This was a good idea. Nice place to rent. Probably a great vacation beach rental.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the walk to the beach was short. This was a nice in town vacation!

We had a large group of friends celebrating a birthday. The house was the perfect size! And just steps to the beach! We loved the fire pit on the front deck and getting to grill on the patio. Kitchen was well stocked. I had lots of questions leading up to our stay and the host always responded to anything I asked within 24 hours. We had the best time!

First Off everything was easy. communication all the way down to the check out stage. we had so much fun during our stay at the Dunes.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. Very easy access to the beach. We love to cook. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Very clean property. Yvonne was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We would definitely come back.

Myself and my family were up in Pismo Beach for my nieces wedding! We decided we all wanted to be together before and all through the weekend and our ocean view home was perfect! We all had driven from different parts of California and there was ample parking for all of us! Yvonne and her family were super responsive and available in a moments notice. As it is with the wedding, there's so many things going on but to come home to comfortable beds and spacious accommodations at the end of several busy days was such a treat! Thank guys! Best, Dan

The house worked perfectly for the 10 of us, loved the large dining table and sectional. We really enjoyed the front porch and fire pit. Our granddaughters loved playing in the dunes which were so close. It was a wonderful family weekend.

This property and the hosts were incredible. Great location close to the beach and clean and spacious house. Will visit again.

Fun! With a very short walk to the beach!!

Place is wonderful. 3 families total with kids 3-13 years old. Communication from property management is poor. I had to initiate contact in order to get the check in/out procedure. We were not told until finding out the day of that the fire pit and air compressor were broken. Owner/property manager lives in the back house so please beware. Also, there is a camera out front with possible other listening/viewing devices on the property (can't confirm). There is no washer/dryer on the property. Overall, the place is wonderful and we all had a good time. We just wouldn't rent the place again.

This is our second year for our extended family weekend. Great location, easy beach access, casual vibe, no fuss. The owners live next door and are helpful and give you space.
