Stayed Aug 30, 2023This is a lovely little beach house. Convenient to stores, restaurants and local hot spots. Bethany Beach is about 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. House is set up nicely with living room/kitchen/dining area in the middle and bedrooms off to each side. Deck off back is super cute. Neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for two couples. Decorated beautifully. Dog friendly too, which we appreciated. There are other dogs and deer in the neighborhood and yard is not fenced, so just a heads up to keep your pet leashed when outside. Owner responds quickly to inquiries after booking. Booking is through Evolve and they do not know as much about the property but attempt to be helpful. Towels and linens provided, however, if you are picky about towels, you may want to bring your own. Beds are comfortable. Check in is easy peasy! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a nice, relaxing vacation with friends!!

Stayed Jul 9, 2023We were very pleased with our stay, the property is very clean and well-maintained, and it is conveniently located to go to Bethany, Ocean City (30 mins), Dewy (20 mins), or Rehoboth (30 mins). We enjoyed visiting all of these locations while on our vacation. Our most memorable event was taking a Kayak tour at Assateague Island and seeing the wild horses and highly recommend eating at Sunny Bay Cafe in Rehoboth.

Stayed Aug 21, 2022Not major issue but I reached out to the local contact first night when I checked in regarding couple issues/questions but I never received a respond. The checkout process was not clear on where the trash should go when I leave. The second night I was there, the front of the house had a huge amount of ants crawling around, kind of bad. The location was close to the beach which is nice. Probably wouldn't book through Evolve again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a very nice time. House is new and we are provided with everything we need to have a comfortable stay. Close to Bethany beach. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. We'll be glad to come back again.
