Ocean View Beach Club townhouse with grill, pool, gym, & tennis

The home was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip with friends and family. The layout was perfect for our group – plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet still feel connected. We especially loved going to the pool after a day at the beach. The location was ideal – tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just a short drive to the beach, boardwalk, and great local restaurants. The fireworks in downtown Bethany were a special treat and made the our trip festive and fun! We’re already talking about coming back next year!

This unit is a great place for families to have bonding time and also allows space for quiet time alone if desired. The front porch is also a great attribute as we enjoyed sitting out there quietly just relaxing and enjoying the morning/evening. We also utilized the garage for our bikes. My family will most likely book this getaway again, if the property is still available for our next trip!!

Beautiful spacious, large home and very safe, clean community. The pool and the pool tables were great for the teenagers. Great biking, close by and not too far from the beach. About a 10 minute drive to the beach.

This house was so clean, spacious, and very modern. It is in a great family friendly neighborhood and only a 5 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable to stay in. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families

The house was roomy, enough for 6 adults. They provided more than enough towels which was great. Beach chairs, boogy bords and beach wagon. The house is well furnished and stocked with all you need. We enjoyed the amenities of the club house. The house is centrally located if you want to spend a day at Bethany, Ocean City or Rehoboth. We spend an entire week Saturday to Saturday. The community was quiet and pleasant. Various times we bought lemonade from children stands. We had a great time.

The home was absolutely gorgeous. It had plenty of room for the seven of us. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The one big disappointment was discovering, (after we booked and paid the deposit), that we had to pay an additional $35 per person to use the pool and club house amenities. When we went over to the clubhouse to inquire how it worked, they advised us that we needed a key card that was supposed to be left by the owner, it was not. We then contacted Vacasa to see if they would contact the owner to inquire about the key card. They said they would, and when they got back to us the next day, they advised us that the owner stated that he would drop the card off at the house. In the mean time, the owner advised them that we could gain access to the clubhouse from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. by knocking on the door and someone would let us in. The owner never dropped off the key card. I had a serious problem with that since the pool was open until 9:00 p.m. and we would have no access from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. when more than likely that would be the time we would use it, as we went to the beach almost every day. It became obvious to us that the owners in this community do not want renters to be in the pool area. That's why they have an exorbitant price to pay per person for access and the unwillingness to leave a key card for after hours usage. Had I known this prior to booking I would definitely have not booked this home. One of the reasons we chose it was because of the pool. I would strongly suggest that the description for the home be corrected to include the information about the policy pertaining to renters paying for pool access so no one else is misled.

It was a very nice house and fit two families very comfortably! Would def rent this home again!

Great size for our family of 9. Location was close to the beach and enjoyed using the club house pool and gym.
