Stayed Aug 23, 2025Home is BEAUTIFUL. Furnished beautifully and comfortably and the kitchen is fairly well stocked.However, it is NOT walking distance to the pool OR beach. The outdoor pool (which is the only one available to non-residents) only goes to 3.5ft, so while it's huge it isn't deep. It also has a baby pool in addition to only going to 3.5 ft. The beach shuttle only runs on weekends, so we had to drive and park each time. For us, beach and pool were drawing factors and both disappointed. There is very little seating outside and certainly no eating space. Far enough from the bay and beach it doesn't smell like ocean.While this home was BEAUTIFUL and spacious, it wasn't a good fit for our family.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025The place is roomy and in a great location. The cookware is not adequate to use as the Teflon is wearing off. However there are 2 big pots that were great! Everything was disorganized in the kitchen and we found a few ants in the drawer and on the counter. The grill was filthy and unusable and the user before us did not replace the propane as asked. The outdoor cushions were filthy.The pool was clean and very nice. We would consider renting a different house in the same Ocean View.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The location of the house was ideal to the beach and pool area. Pool area was very nice. Additional charge. The home was spacious and somewhat clean. On the other hand, the bedding and rugs provided were soiled which we had to wash. The pillows provided were also soiled. The outside bench seat with cushion was soiled. One gas stove burner would not light. Ant traps were in the rooms but none in the kitchen which had many ants. The garbage drawer wouldn't close properly. Poor selection of pots and pans-difficult to cook and clean. Poor selection of glassware. Mugs were put in the cupboard dirty. The shark vacuum was full of debris and the beater brush didn't work. The master bedroom (king bed) tv was darkened on the left side. At the time we booked, there was only one review with an excellent rating. We found it hard to believe this house had so many negatives for being a newly built home.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Overall good. Surprised that shuttle to Bethany Beach ran only on weekends. Tracy from the reality was very responsive.
