Stayed Jun 14, 2025This is in a great location , 5-10 min to everything in Bethany. The community pool is huge and has a small kiddie pool. A little annoying you need to pay for passes to go but I’m assuming it’s a rule of the homeowners association and not the owners of the house. The layout of the house is perfect for kids as all but one bedroom is on the first floor. There are thoughtful things like kids plates and bowls, lots of hangers and laundry baskets in each bedroom that were nice surprises for us. The outdoor shower was great when coming back from the beach. Everything was new and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I feel like the wristbands/entrance to pool & club house should be included at this price point though. Great place!! point. house should ha

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Every summer our family comes together to spend a week having fun. We come from as far away as Boston and Oregon to the local DC, VA and MD. This was the best property we ever rented. The layout was great for sleeping as there are separate areas for each group to sleep with a bathroom. The kitchen, living room and dining area are all in a big room which worked great for us. The pool is wonderful. Would highly recommend!
