No City Taxes    This home at Ocean View Beach Club is located in a section of the community that is not in the City Limts of Ocean View - That Means you do not have to pay 5% City Taxes at this home that you would have to pay at many other home rentals in the community:

Passes: You don't have to purchase any recreational passes if you don't want to. Purchase after you arrive for only those who'll be using the resort amenities. The cost of passes is $35 per pass for 2023.   Passes are only available from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.
