Beautiful ocean views and ocean trails right across the road from this modern 2 bedroom unit. Fully equipped kitchen, bbq and patio for those summer days. Laundry available upon request. Just 25 minutes from Mt. Washington, 5 minutes from Kingfisher spa and 10 minutes from Cumberland mountain biking trails. Local breweries and restaurants minutes away or if you are up for a walk they are accessible by trail. There are stairs up to the unit to it is not wheelchair accessible.

Spacious new construction 2 bedroom guest house with all the amenities of home. 2 full Queen beds for your comfort. Wi-Fi available. Prime and Netflix on 54 inch TV in the living room. Outdoor patio with bbq and dining area. Parking available on site for 2 vehicles. Space for a trailer or RV but contact host to confirm size.

New appliances throughout. Washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top and refrigerator with ice maker.

Small salon located below entrance and first bedroom. Sound proofing has been installed but some noise transfer in entrance and first bedroom ONLY may occur during business hours Wednesday-Friday 10-6:30 and Saturday 10-3:00. These hours may occasionally vary.

    Very well kept and modern upstairs suite. Modern appliances, comfortable furniture and beds. Would stay here again. The only negative is that the location is right next to the 19a highway and there is a bit of road noise that enters the suite

    Bright, spacious and new. Very well stocked kitchen, with all you need to stay in and relax, or take a 25 minute walk along an active transport trail to brew pub and town. Extremely clean and maintained with nice view of the bay.

    The accommodation was very good. One slight issue was upon initial entry, there was an over powering cleaning product smell, which lingered for quite some time. Appreciate the accommodation had and needs to be cleaned, but perhaps using a different product would avoid this happening. Otherwise the accommodate was great.

    View from living room was nice. Close to a walking path along the water and was close to grocery shopping. Clean and updated with all the necessities to be comfortable.

    Our stay at Courtney proved to be an excellent location from which to visit the central Vancouver Island region. High lights of this area include visits to Campbell River, Quadra Island, Cortes Island, the Strathcona Provincial Park, and a huge number of local beaches. This is now an area we will return to for future vacations. We also want to thank our property managers for their assistance and hospitality; a wonderful couple.

    Well situated for access to Courtenay/ Comox. There is a beautiful walking trail across the street that you can take right into town.

    Early 5:30 morning sunshine begins active days in Comox Valley. Great base of operations for biking in Cumberland, Courtenay, Comox and Powell River. Facilities were first rate. Hope to re-visit in the future.

    The space is well set up although it feels a bit impersonal. The living room windows look eastwards across the Georgia Strait, across Highway 19A and a scrubby strip of land on the other side. A coastal walking/biking trail runs towards Courtenay from an access point just down the road.
