Ocean meadow home, great views, hot tub, EV charger, shared pools

This is a beautiful, well appointed house in a great location. We were two families of four with small kids and babies, and we were very comfortable.

Beautiful house and very tastefully decorated. Wonderful views, comfortable, and the information pertaining to the house was simple and thorough.

Had a great 3-night weekend at Cormorant Cove. House was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff we needed. Hot Tub was easy to use and very nice. Close to trailhead, and easy 20-min walk to Shell Beach. Great house to accommodate 4 couples. Had a nice dinner out at Vue Kitchen in Gualala. Would of been nice if more paper towels and toilet paper were supplied. And kinda a pain to pickup and dropoff the physical keys from/to rental company. Overall, we loved our stay at Sea Ranch.

Suggestions made from a prior visit had been made, allowing use of the table throughout the afternoon. Yeah for blinds! The view to the water entertained us each evening as we spotted whales and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Great house!

Love the location for the ease to everything and esp the bluff trail and beaches. 3.. We rented this house in 2022, so the improvements are really great and appreciated - new kitchen (well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes), enlarged main deck, new hot tub. 4. Like new layout in LR. (tho some may miss the fireplace in the cold weather...). 5. Enjoyed the puzzles, even added a few new ones. 6. We had the master br, boy it would be nice to have an optional shade to close on the big high window - very bright in the morning! Overall an A house.

Having rented another house in Sea Ranch for 15+ years, we were cautious about finding a house that fit our needs as well. No worries!! This house was perfect for 8 adults who golf, play dominoes and enjoy watching the sun set into the ocean and great hikes. Each room was very comfortable, the main space allowed for comfort with lots of areas to spread out and interact if wanted. The large table with chairs was much appreciated. Sound system was a bonus. Only bummer - no shades on windows facing water and the sun was super strong, almost running us out of that space each afternoon. But not an issue that prevented us from renting again next year! Lovely home - perfect!
