Ocean Front! Heated Pool! Elevator! Decks!

This house is amazing! The kitchen is more than equipped, views are amazing, convenient to the beach, the pool was perfect, ample amounts of space. Amazing host who was very responsive. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect beach house for our family vacation. Oceanfront with a pool and walking distance to town. The house was very comfortable and well-appointed. We had such a great time that we've already made reservations for 2026!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach with our extended family. The house was perfect for multiple families and allowed a great gathering space as well as enough room that we were not on top of each other. The kids especially appreciated the pool along with beach access. The beach was not overly crowded and we saw lots of wild life. It was a short walk to many different dining options, coffee, ice cream, and bars. We would definitely recommend and return in the future! Cindy was great to work with, was very responsive and helpful with all questions. She was flexible with helping make the accommodations perfect for our family, including finding an extra pack and play.

I cannot even begin to explain well enough but I will try…:this property is absolutely fabulous!! The space,the bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the little hidden bed/trundle under the stairs, the HEATED pool, the walkway to the beach, everything was WONDERFUL!! We had the home for Easter weekend. My grands two 6 year old boys, a 4 year old girl and three year old boy were absolutely enthralled! My daughters and I enjoyed coffee viewing the beach every morning! The kitchen is so well stocked. The elevator was so helpful bringing in things. We hope to go back soon!!

This was a perfect stay for our big group--house had everything we needed and more. Pool was perfect for the kids and proximity to all Folly has to offer was great. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed this house so much. Everyone was entertained the entire week! Very clean and fun house! Perfect location and great for a large group of friends and family! The communication was amazing and helpful the entire stay. We will be back!

Our group of 10 (4 kids, their parents and two grandmas) enjoyed Bahama Dreaming for spring break. This home is absolutely gorgeous, well built, well stocked and well maintained. Elevator to main floor and the playroom on the third floor were especially appreciated. Beautiful pool. Rental agents were a pleasure to deal with. We hope to be back next year.

Will rent here again

We have been going as a family to the beach for over 50 years. This time we were part of beach renovation. The machinery works 24/7 and is very disturbing to the tenants - you can not use the beach and it is loud all day and night. Of course this was not the fault of the property itself. The beach house was wonderful and luckily we had a pool. But we came to be on the BEACH. They gave us some money back. On a good year this would have been a lovely stay.
