Perfect for a short visit.

Great beach access. The view was amazing!

Three weeks with wonderful Atlantic Ocean views in this clean and pretty cottage were perfect for two people and two little dogs. The cottage is clean, fresh and comfortable. The gated deck was as fun for our dogs as it was for us. The beds are very comfortable. The owners quickly resolved little problems that came up. This is one property that I would rent again for a Winter stay.

Perfect location for us

This rental was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The king bed in the loft area was very comfortable. Beautiful ocean views. Great deck and little yard with gates- perfect for our dog. Plenty of lawn chairs on the deck too! Situated in a quiet area yet within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Not too far a drive to many amazing parks with extensive biking trails. Responsive owner! We had a fantastic time!

Nice view and close access to the beach. The bathroom has some hair in the shower when we checked in besides that a nice visit.

Though a smaller property, the view and how the house were excellent. For my wife, myself and our 2 bassets it was cozy and inviting. From sitting out on the back deck and listening to the ocean, to a very nice living space that was not cluttered with a bunch of knick knacks. And it had a wonderful view of the ocean, especially at sunrise. The kitchen was nicely appointed but could use a toaster instead of a toaster oven, which we do love. And as for the pups, the owner was very thoughtful and provided covers for the furniture and bed, which was a welcome surprise since we bring ours also. Communication was also excellent. If you bring you pets though, make sure they are able to negotiate stairs and we knew this in advance. Our older basset had some trouble, but handled it like a champ. Look forward in the future to staying here again.

Fabulous view! Very dog friendly This house had everything you could need. Even though it was winter cold, you could enjoy full sun and the ocean sitting on the deck.Great location

What a great little house on the beach! My wife and I decided to spend a long weekend here and it was well worth it. We found the house to be very clean and the view was fantastic. Best part is that the house is just ten yards from the beach and it comes with a fenced in yarn so you can leave the dogs outside to dry off after a nice day on the beach.

We had an excellent stay! We would absolutely come back again!

The owner was great to work with and the property was clean and right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Perfect beachfront getaway for me, my fiance and our dog. Beautiful view of the beach, super convenient to the restaurants and strip while enjoying the quieter beach living vibe. The back deck was perfect for star gazing while the rolling waves provided a soothing serenade. Loved getting up before sunrise and strolling the beach. Everything you need is right there or a few blocks away!

We loved the property, especially the proximity to the beach and the exact right distance from the Folly Beach town center. The house was clean and quiet, and it was a 30 second walk to the beach. The deck provided a perfect spot to enjoy a morning beverage and watch the sun rise.

The location was perfect! We enjoyed the view of the beach from the patio, spent lots of time on the beach, and were so pleased that shops and restaurants were within walking distance (1 mile). All aspects of the house were as advertised, but the house could use some updating.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing vacation cottage! The location was the best and being able to bring our pups made it one of the nicest times we have ever spent at the beach. They are truly dog friendly and we were able to relax and know our pups were safe. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for a great week, Thank you so much for having us . Great location and beautiful house

The house was very well equipped for a small family or gathering. Most amenities were provided. I was a little disappointed that the host wasn’t willing to work with the very early check out time or pet fee. This fee was tacked on separately from VRBO and was a little annoying to have to pay. There were a lot of stairs to get into the house- would not be ideal for handicapped individuals, older pets, and/or small children. However, the grounds were nice and the location was really great.

This property is amazing. The property has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. There is plenty of space to park, the kitchen is fully stocked, the furniture is comfortable, the decor is spot on and the views from the deck will take your breath away. My husband and I stayed for two weeks with our two dogs. We walked the beach, walked to town and just generally took in the beauty of Folly Beach. Do not miss this gem of a property!

This property was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. It has a beautifully fenced in backyard area and direct easy access to the beach. The house is well furnished and exceptionally clean . It is within walking distance to downtown Folly Beach and just a short drive to downtown Charleston . Owners/property mgr was very quick to respond to questions . We highly recommend it !!!

Great property w/ an amazing location

Beautiful view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. The house was small but for the 3 of us it worked out great. The stairs can be a bit difficult to use. Overall we would come back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful oceanfront home. The location was perfect, with stunning sunrises and adventures on nearby beaches. Evenings spent watching sunsets from the porch added to the magic. The cozy interior provided a warm retreat, making it feel like a home away from home.

We stayed 2 weeks with our 2 dogs. The yard is perfect for the dogs and is the access to the beach. The inside space is small but was perfect for my husband, myself and our 2 dogs. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to our requests. We would love to stay there again.

Alicia was fantastic! She answered all our q’s and check-in was a breeze. The property is set up really well for having a dog, but was still extremely clean. You cannot beat the view, early morning beach strolls and the vibe of Folly Beach is really special. We’ll be back in the Spring!

Great spot right on the beach. Only about a 15 minute walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. Great views of both the sunrise and sunset!

The location is the best part of this home. Beautiful beach access, nice deck, and great big windows to enjoy the view. It was our first time on Folly Beach and having the beach access was wonderful.The house could use a little TLC, and maybe a few more amenities to make it feel cozier/homey-er, but overall we had a good stay.

The house was just perfect. We had a wonderful week walking on the beach and sitting on the deck. Just what we needed! We loved being right on the beach and having a fenced in yard for our fur babies, Charlee and Barklee. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

We loved our stay! The house was recently updated, it was clean, and ready for our dogs. We loved the gated deck and the fenced yard. As a dog family, having a safe, secure yard for our dogs is important. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, watching the sunrise. Everything was as described. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at our beachfront house. Such a beautiful view and everything we expected. We appreciated how they covered all the furniture seats for my daughter's little dog. Very clean.

We had a few days to stay at the beach in November, and this is just what we needed. Beachfront, clean, comfortable, and pet friendly for our little dog. We enjoyed some relaxation and walks on the beach. We had some great weather for November. The small house was just right for a family of 4 and price was reasonable. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a family trip with our 4 month old baby. The property is very clean with comfortable beds (we brought our own pack and play). Great location in proximity to Center st (check out Berts market for any house and food needs!). Beautiful views of the beach. The host is super responsive, too. Wpuld definitely stay here again!

The home is in an ideal location, cozy with three bedrooms and a pullout bed. We could sit on that deck looking and listening to the ocean forever. The owner truly cares that you are comfortable and happy. We will DEFINITELY be returning!

This property checked all the boxes. Ocean Front. Gated Fence for dogs. Driveway parking. Short distance to Bert market for items. The views are amazing and literally steps to the Atlantic. Its an older beach house but that gives it the character. It was easy to get comfy there. We will look to stay again. Our pups were happy there too!
