Stayed Apr 2, 2026House was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We have a student at UMD, and this was a perfect location for a nice visit to celebrate Easter together. Short distance to campus and the Takoma metro station if you're interested in a trip to DC. Several grocery stores nearby as well. Pretty and peaceful wooded property with many birds and amusing squirrels. We would definitely stay again should we have an occasion to do so.

Stayed Mar 23, 2026The house was very clean and nicely laid out! Very pet friendly with the extra exits to outside and wooded area. We spent most days in DC with short drive to Metro station. Our host responded quickly to all messages and have great instructions when needed!! Very nice kitchen appliances and comfy beds. Nice to have access to washer and dryer. Decor basically white. 3 bathrooms worked great for getting ready for the day!!!

Stayed Mar 11, 2026We stayed here for our son’s March 2026 wedding in the DMV. Our group was mixed: my husband and me (from Texas); my brother-in-law (from the UK); and my brother, sister-in-law, and nephew (from Tennessee). We had ample space to spread out, with everyone having a private bedroom. The house was perfectly located for us in a quiet older neighborhood with easy access to the highway and close to the wedding venue. We have no complaints about any aspect of our stay!

Stayed Oct 30, 2025Very clean and so much space! My friends and I were visiting for the weekend and had plenty of room of all of us to hangout and play games. Close to everything you need but the street is very quiet and dark so, Ubers had a little trouble finding the house at night. Other than that this is a perfect house for groups.
