OUTDOOR LIVING: Fully fenced backyard with a covered patio, outdoor lounge seating, fire pit, and grill, plus an enclosed dog run. Cornhole and other yard games are provided. Chimney Park is right across the street with walking paths, a playground, open green space, and a seasonal public pool.

INDOOR LIVING: Multiple living areas, including a basement media room with a 55 Smart TV, foosball table, and card table, plus a 65 Smart TV in the main living room, dining table for 10, board games, and full-length mirrors

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Large lot with space for multiple vehicles, including RV or trailer parking, plus street parking.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
