Stayed Dec 26, 2021My family spent the week between Christmas and New Year’s at this cozy Amagansett home. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space and a big lovely kitchen for us all to gather again. A gorgeous sandy beach was a short walk away and we went every day. Grocery stores were convenient, but we were a nice distance from the busier parts of the area. We did all our own cooking - the kitchen is very well equipped, with two dishwashers, two ovens, and a large gas range. Charles was responsive to our questions and provided great tips on where to find the best seafood, which we appreciated.

Stayed Jun 21, 2019The house is gorgeous and the location, with its private beach, can't be beat. The sound system was tricky and there were unforeseen issues with the pool heater that impacted our stay, but once the owner was alerted to these things, he did everything he could to fix them ASAP. A lovely time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely home ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely home in a private setting with a short but pretty walk to the beach. The home is very comfortable and well equipped with everything from two dishwashers to an ice machine. The large and numerous windows let in plenty of natural light, and we all enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and sunny deck. Charles, the landlord, was very considerate and responded quickly to any information we requested. Unfortunately the Crow's Nest was closed but we had a great dinner at Harvest on Fort Pond, we also enjoyed the kitchen for making meals at home to enjoy outside. A memorable family trip.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I cannot rave enough about this house. It is beautifully designed, luxurious, and modern yet makes you feel comfortable and at home. There are floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors surrounding half the house so you enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting even when you are inside. The house is extremely private, with only a few other houses tucked away nearby, and is a short 10-minute walk to the beach. The beach also feels very private and is never crowded. Situated between East Hampton and Montauk (both are only about a 15-20 minute drive away), it was easy to visit a lot of cute restaurants and shops when we wanted to venture out. The house is so amazing however, we didn't often feel the urge to leave. We mostly enjoyed relaxing by the heated pool which is surrounded by trees and your own private little dune where the kids can play in the sand. The huge sofa on the outdoor patio and the hammock beside the pool were my favorite spots to lounge. The guys really enjoyed the outdoor shower. The kitchen is very open and a chef's dream, and the dining tables both inside and outside easily accommodate entertaining large groups. And for families with young children or pets, there is the extra plus in knowing that the entire property in fenced in (although you do not notice the fencing as it hidden amongst the trees running along the property). If you are considering renting this house, don't hesitate. I can't wait to go back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is so lovely, gorgeous and very relaxing! Our group was two couples and a 4 year old who loved the pool so much she didn't want to leave. There are smaller beds in all the rooms so if you are traveling with a child this is ideal. The kitchen is a large open plan and great for hanging out in. There are loads of place to lounge by the pool. Charles was such nice host and very easy to communicate with.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Looking for a magical street, and a place to build great family memories...this is a wonderful house. We were 7 people.. a family of 5 (three teenage kids) and two additional guests and had a great week. The home was beautiful and extremely functional. The flow of the home is very condusive for in/out family activities, including an oversized kitchen/dining/family room area. There was enough space for everyone to enjoy their porivacy when need. The pool is very private, situated behind your own private sand dune. The beach is stunning, very quiet about a 5 min walk down a magical street. If you want to truly enjoy the Hamptons outdoors experience this is a great location for beach, biking and running. Also convenient to many good dining spots from East Hampton to Montauk. We ventured to Sag Harbor/Noyak and discovered a restaurant Bell and Anchor worth the ride one evening for a change of pace. We were very lucky to be out there during the Perseid meteors...we went out at 3:15am one morning for an incredible viewing... Great week...we'd come back for sure

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house is a beautiful, private retreat in the Amagansett Dunes. The private beach at the end of the street is one of the most beautiful anywhere I have seen.
