Blackbird Property offers you their latest property situated on a quiet tree-lined street in the historic village of Katoomba in the Blue Mountains region of New South Wales. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house (which sleeps 6 people) is located 5 minutes from Katoomba town centre as well as the Three Sisters, Scenic World and Lilianfels Hotel & Spa. The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning, superior bed linens and towels and a fully equipped kitchen.

Nilgiri House is a beautifully styled and private 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that accommodates up to six guests and is a wonderful mountain retreat for groups of friends or family to holiday together.

Bedding Configuration:

Master Bedroom: Queen bed (with ensuite)
2nd Bedroom: Double bed
3rd Bedroom: 2 x single beds

The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning as well as a gas heater in the living room to keep you wonderfully warm in winter. Each of the bedrooms is also equipped with a portable heater and electric blankets.

Each of the three bedrooms comes with luxury linen and towels for our guests, supplied by your host.

The house has two separate bathrooms (one as an ensuite to the master bedroom).

If you feel like cooking during your stay, the house has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a coffee machine. Basic pantry items are also provided by your host.

We have an internal laundry with washing machine.

We also supply a portacot and highchair if you are travelling with young children.

There is a large back garden and balcony for our guests to enjoy.

    This property was clean and warm. Facilities we were good for 6 adults . The electric oven was slow to warm up and cooking breakfast took time, a gas stove would be a better option. We all enjoyed our stay.

    The place is as described, very neat, well kept and well equipped, on the edge of the national park yet close to the centre of Katoomba. Lovely little garden surrounds it. The property managers are pro-active and make it all very easy.

    We had a very nice time at this well equipped property which is in a nice quiet street with a leafy backyard. Excellent location for Katoomba town centre and sightseeing.

    A great house to stay in for the week. Kitchen was good, living areas were good. Ensuite bathroom was excellent.

    Right from the checkin process, location, comfort , communication everything is a big tick. About the communication I had everything arranged just over few messages, there was no phone call required. Wifi passwords to access codes all were provided promptly like clockwork. Apartment has a big kitchen and comfortable 3 bedrooms. Well stacked. Very close to important locations like echo point, toy museum etc. Overall one of the best accomodation.
