Stayed Jun 27, 2020We booked this property for a celebration for 6 adults and arrived to a property that had 4 adult beds and 1 toddler style bed (with a cushion at the end of the bed to make it appear longer). This left us short a bed for the number of adults we had booked and been confirmed for. The communication from the owner regarding this matter was appalling where we were advised to simply ‘turn the heater on’ for our extra adult that had no linen in the midst of winter in the Blue Mountains. Would never stay in one of their properties again and warn everyone as the owner is rude, arrogant and pushed all blame onto us. Beware.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location, very quiet and the room was nicely decorated. Great shower. Probably best for a short one night stay rather than the 4 nights we'd booked though. We found it a little too small for the 2 of us, hit our head a few times on the sloping ceilings and would have been nice to have a tea towel and sponge to wash our dishes. I also found it dusty and cobwebby and had to clean the surfaces myself as am highly allergic. The bed was also a little soft for us being used to a firm latex mattress at home. We'd recommend to people for a night or 2 for sure, but we wouldn't stay again.
