One of the standout features of Happy Ours is the detached apartment—ideal for added privacy or extra guests. This space includes a full bathroom, a twin-over-twin bunk, and a twin-over-full bunk setup. Connecting the main home and apartment is an open breezeway with a picnic table and BBQ pit —perfect for grilling, dining, and enjoying the coastal breeze.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of a driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests must be 25+

GOLF CART INCLUDED

• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies.
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.
