The house was exactly as expected; perfect for what we needed for three adults, and a dog. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was clean and easily accessible. Kelly was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Close to the beach, very easy check-in and access to the house, central AC made the stay very comfortable.

A terrific vacation at a terrific home! House was great - we especially loved being so close to the beach and a wonderful fenced-in yard for the dogs and evening relaxing. House was clean and Kelly’s communication was great!

This cottage is a few minute walk to the ocean in a very nice residential, quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner was excellent. We have a toy poodle, she loved the back yard it’s all fenced in. Really nice outdoor space! Very private, nice fire pit area. Washer and dryer is a huge plus! Overall we had an excellent stay and we’d definitely book again! Thanks Kelly..

Cozy cottage! Loved the yard and the fire pit and the renovations to the home. It was great being so close to the beach! Just didn’t have some kitchen essentials such as dish soap or paper towels, so be sure to bring those from home. Otherwise, it was such a great cozy stay!

The house was beautiful and I can’t say enough about the property manager Kelly! Any questions I had she responded immediately and was so nice! Check in and check out were so easy! I hope I get the chance stay there again! Beautiful area and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants!!

We expected quaint and clean. We did not anticipate nails in the wall where artwork might have been, window rods practically falling down in one bedroom, stained curtains, no sheets on the beds upon arrival (but renters expected to strip and wash bedsheets after stay), holes in the second bedroom ceiling, shabby, unwashed bedspreads, old, chipped furniture, no blankets, the cheapest microfiber sheets possible, a double bed so jammed into a room there was virtually no ability to properly make the bed, soiled throw rugs, an unkept, unweeded front yard, and showers with tepid to cool water for 80% of shower. There was clearly an effort to maximize income at the expense of cleanliness, appearance and consideration for those paying a considerable sum for sub par accommodations. Just providing a house on venerable Cape Cod does not mean a lack of respect for the renter comfort and experience. We would have left the property if there was any expectation that we would receive a refund. Cape Cod is a lovely island but there should still be some reasonable value for the dollar in a VRBO accommodation. We are not complainers, have rented other properties, and very much looked forward to a charming, clean, modestly appointed, comfortable stay. The owners demonstrate a basic disrespect for the renter and may wish to drop in on the property occasionally rather than offering the renter less than the barest minimum. This was an owner money grab and a pitiful disappointment for renters.
