Stayed Oct 20, 2025We were only there for a couple of days but enjoyed our stay. Beach is just a short walk away. We enjoyed the screened in porch also. Management group responsive to an issue with raccoonns getting into the trash. Home very comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025You can feel the magic of Fripp in this home. Walking distance to the beach and the beach club. The golf cart, the deer, the aligators, it was a perfect trip!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The house is a perfect location and beautifully decorated. The only complaint I would have is that the kitchen has no storage at all for groceries. All the cabinets are full and there is no pantry. Other than that, this is a great house!

Stayed May 25, 2024We had a nice week. Inside of home was good. Kitchen, bedrooms and baths nice and comfortable. Outside spaces were pretty much unusable due to dirt/mildew on all seat cushions. Outside porches, stairs, golf cart, etc could all use a good power wash to solve problem. Also no outdoor shower or hose available to rinse things off, just a hose bib.

Stayed Apr 26, 2023I will say this house was exactly as the description on the website. There are 2 rooms on the main level and 2 rooms on the second level. We had 4 adults and 3 children (all 3 and under) stay at the house. Very short walk to the beach, we paid for the golf cart and utilized that to get around the island and it worked perfectly for our entire group. Having a washer and dryer in unit was great for us to not have to pack as many clothes, and to wash anything that got dirty while there. Kitchen had items to cook and clean with. Only thing was the pan had some hard to get off food on it when we went to use one of them. We didnt' watch TV much, but the lower king bedroom the TV didn't work the one night we had someone that wanted to lay in bed and just watch TV. It didn't break our trip, but for this mom that just wanted some R&R to herself it was kind of a bummer. We will definitely stay here again!
