Newly renovated pool & master bath, Only 1 row back from beach - 1 Palm

great property, huge kitchen and plenty of space for adults and teens to separately enjoy social time

Loved the property! The trip included our adult children and adult grandchildren. Our daughter is a resident of Charleston so we had built in activities director. Great location enjoyed the total IOP experience.

The space was amazing. It could have been cleaner! Kitchen was left very unorganized - things were just shoved in cabinets - no rhyme or reason. The pots and pans were awful to cook with. They were poor quality and not clean. There were two scatter carpets were tripping hazards and filthy. We picked them up and stored them away. The pool needs a lot of renovation. The water never looked clean. The outside irrigation drowns the front sidewalk so no pedestrians can walk on it as it does not drain. The two front bedrooms above the living space have tree branches that hit the roof waking up the guests. Loved all of the furniture but downstairs family room furniture was filthy. Expensive furniture, just not well maintained. The sound and TV/media equipment is outdated and took a great deal of time for us to get working. Probably will keep looking for another place next year, too bad because the location and space was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here….first of all, the place was spotless when we arrived. I loved that every bedroom had a bathroom, it made it easy for our family group. The main living room was large with enough comfortable furniture to seat our group of 11, and it also had a great upstairs game room if people wanted to do something different. The pool area was nice, it had sun til about 3:30 or so and lots of covered space. It was a quick walk to the beach so we actually went! The kitchen was well stocked with two dishwashers! The whole group loved the house, and it was put together so much better than your typical vacation home rental. Top notch!! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, beautiful place, great amenities.

We had 4 children ages 3-6 and 6 adults. The house had pretty much everything you could need. The kitchen was very well stocked with seasonings, utensils, plates, bowls, plastic wear. The pool was so much fun in the afternoons, after the beach which was also a easy walk?. They had corn hole, a wagon, boogie boards, some fun water guns for the pool and a few inter tube floats(but they seem hit or miss). There were only 4 of the very low sitting chairs for the beach, but we took our own. It was a great week!

Great experience

The overall stay was good. The house is beautiful and the location is walkable to the beach. There were a few things those which I expected they would have or that i expected work work: 1) there was no hair dryer in the house 2)the door code did not work; even with the management resetting the lock many times, 3) the trash was not taken out from the previous house guest, 4) the speakers in the house did not work even though it was indicated they would, 5) the house does not sleep as many as it states (no sleeper sofa). On the other hard, the entire house was beautiful, everyone enjoyed the house and it made the weekend. the garage was a plus as well with all the toys and ping pong table. Over all a good experience but defiantly needed some essentials you would expect for the price you are paying.

Large, roomy, and homey residence! Large kitchen with tall ceilings exposed to the great room allows many people to gather! Perfect for the holidays! Having 2 dishwashers was a bonus! The kitchen was completely stocked with all necessities to prepare holiday dishes! Multiple gathering spots, from the roof the a beautiful view of the water and sunrises and sunsets, to the smaller ‘den’ on the 2nd floor, to the main living space. Even the garage is orderly and includes water toys, ping pong. We rented bikes and beach chairs with no problem! We will absolutely stay again!
