This house boasts modern comfort near the heart of everything that makes Port A great. Located just off 11th Street in the golf cart approved driving area, this home is very spacious with two master suites. We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs.

Living area: The living room is open to the kitchen /dining area and has an overstuffed U-Shaped sectional couch for lounging around after a day at the beach or just catching up on your favorite shows. The living room has a large smart TV. The washer/dryer is in the hallway tucked away behind the double doors. The high ceilings make the space feel even larger.

Bedrooms: The 1st master bedroom has a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with large open tile walk in shower. Across the hallway, the 2nd master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a tile shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 wooden bunk beds, (twin over twin and twin over double with a twin trundle). All the bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Bathrooms: The hall bathroom has a huge soaking tub with tile surround. Both master suites have beautiful walk-in showers. The mirrors feature LED Dimmable lighting.

Kitchen: The kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of windows for extra light. There is walk in corner pantry for all your groceries. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items to prepare and serve meals. There is a dining table to seat 6.

Outdoors: The upstairs deck is shaded and has 2 huge ceiling fans for extra breezes. Downstairs is shaded with a BBQ grill. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is a shared pool for the Blue Heron houses.

Parking: The driveway can fit 2-3 vehicles. Boats/trailers are allowed. Please note the downstairs apartment and garage are not part of the rental and may occasionally be used by the owner during your stay. We will make every attempt to let guests know if the owner will be present during their stay. Guests can park in front of the garage if the owner is not there.

Directions: Located just off 11th Street near Sandcastle Drive in the golf cart approved driving area. Sandcastle Drive will be your closest beach access rd. You can walk to the beach down Anchor Drive or Sandcastle Drive. Beach access Rd 1 A is also nearby.



We accept all sized dogs, 2 dogs max. $100 per dog / per stay. Please let us know if you will have 2 dogs so we can adjust the balance due.

We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

This property is managed by Beachcomber Vacation Rentals.

Monthly reservations are not available.
