Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

    This was a great home base for my daughter and me while my son was one of the artists in the SEWE show in downtown Charleston. A quick 20 minute drive across the bridge and we were in the middle of everything. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to spread out, enjoy the back patio and get a little work done. The kitchen had everything we needed (extra fridge was helpful too). Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

    If I could give more stars I would. The management anticipated our every need and this place provided it. We have traveled all over the country and this property ranks in the top two. Walkable neighborhood close to salon, food and shopping. The beds were so comfortable I felt like I was in an upscale hotel. Super clean, well appointed, quiet and easy access. Feeling blessed!

    I visited my daughter and her family for a few days, and the location was ideal. Trips to Downtown Charleston were swift and convenient, with grocery stores and Shem Creek restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Charleston.

    Serendipity was a great place to stay, clean & comfortable. good location just around the corner to Shem’s Creek, a must see & just 15-20 minutes to downtown Charleston. 2 recommendations I can give is supply a box of tissues in each bathroom & an extra blanket in each bedroom. Overall a really good experience! Would stay there again!

    The place is part of a group of townhomes or apartments so space is tight between neighbors. . Never did find the pool described on the website. Overall it is nice for no more than 4 people- small bedrooms and bathroom for the non- master bedrooms. Easy to check in and out and great communication.

    Mount Pleasant is close to all the beaches, Shem Creek and Charleston proper. Clean and well appointed rental. perfect for our family of 5.

    Great location for what we needed. 15 minutes to beaches and 20-25 minutes to the baseball fields. We have a dog and needed a pet friendly place- this was it!
