Newly furnished, sunny waterfront house with dock and walking distance to beach!

We had such a great stay! Even on a rainy day, it was so nice to relax at the house and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and gorgeous view. When the sun came out, we loved spending time at the nearby beaches and restaurants. The location was perfect — close to the beach and great places to eat. It was the ideal spot to unwind, enjoy the area, and feel right at home. Karen was lovely and very responsive!

Host was very responsive to all my questions. The whole place was super comfy. I loved the couch that we melted into every evening. Beds and bedding were very dreamy. Great location to anything on the cape. The canal view and gas fire pit were so relaxing. The place is exactly if not better than photos. The one small bathroom may be challenging for more than 2 people. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. We loved the round ice cube balls the frig made. Nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was well maintained, and in a great location (bonus points for being on the water!) close to restaurants, shops, and the beach! The owners were very responsive, helpful and kind!

Another amazing vacation at this perfect spot! The house is just lovely and the location in West Dennis is perfect. Quiet mornings on the canal and walkable to the beach. Excellent amenities and the kayaks are a plus. Thank you again Karen for a great vacation!

Brought mom back to revisit her childhood memories. She spent every summer on Cape Cod as a child then brought us back as kids. Catch crabs off the dock and ate tons of lobster. Beautiful home with a great location.

We have been coming the Cape and the fingers for 50 years. Felt so grateful to stay in this beautiful home, which is decorated perfectly and comfortably. Wonderful views, chill vibe, highly functional kitchen, appreciated conveniences like abundant towels, comfortable pillows and beds, lovely outdoor shower. We also made great use of the kayaks and bikes. Highly recommend this place. Also, owner was responsive and helpful.

Awesome house with dock for boat right outside back door. Very close to West Dennis beach. Had my 3 year there catching crabs for hours off the dock. Nice neighborhood, host was great to work with, very nice.

We loved everything about our stay here! I am very picky about cleanliness and the house was super clean. The decor was so nice and very cheerful. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had games to play books to read, bathrobes, towels, all the extras! Communication with Karen was excellent! The location and view cannot be beat! We sat on the back porch each night overlooking the water and could walk to the beach. It was such a pleasure coming home to this beautiful place each day after our adventures!

Property was well cared for and the host Karen was exceptionally responsive. Our stay was wonderful!
