Newly built house in the middle of the Links Lady Bay Golf Course

The property was clean, open and airy, beds were comfortable, really enjoyed our stay and the amenities were great. Definitely will stay again.

Pros - really quiet location and only a few minutes drive to town, well appointed house, ample supplies provided (e.g. detergents, toilet paper), very responsive host, lots of kangaroos right outside!, right next to the golf course which was interesting even as non golfers.Cons - while we didn't see any mice there was ratsak in 2 of the kitchen drawers and lots of mouse droppings, including in the cutlery & saucepans drawers. Overall the house was clean (e.g. bathrooms seemed spotless) but just needed cleaning of floor edges and skirtings where there was dust and bugs.

The property was exactly what I needed for my stay.

Our only complaint was mice!!! It ate/ chewed anything!!! Was running around the kitchen!!!! Was n drawer chewing biscuits and packets of coffee!!! Not good

Such a beautiful home, great location, exceptionally clean, everything provided, including linen, will definitely rebook this place, check in easy, and communication with owner fantastic, partner and i we're very happy

Absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Everything you need was there. Including a stick vac. We loved watching all the people walk up the third fairway, taking their third shot or looking for a ball. The Lady Bay Clubhouse was a short walk away (a little bit longer than hole 1). Normanville coffee shops were an easy 2.5km walk. Plenty of space for our family of four. The mini shower gels and shampoo were a nice touch.

Lovely clean home, modern and had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy. The host was very accommodating & excellent communication. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay again!

The property is very nice and in a good location. The only criticisms are that whoever is doing the cleaning cleans the mirrors… ALL mirrored surfaces are very smeared and dirty also the bed bases are not very stable they clunk and clang with every movement. Very nice property ?

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It is newly built, very clean with new kitchen amenities and excellent bathrooms and laundry acess. We highly recommend this to anyone. Location was superb. Beautiful sunsets and scenery and lots of kangaroos! I've never seen so many in my life! A win win for all types of families. Once the landscaping is completed it will also add to the quality of this property. We will stay here again in the future ?

Well built and insulated including double glazed windows, tiled floor and nice beds and showers. Air con was not needed in mild weather. However it is still quite new - no clothes line, no BBQ, can't use garage, fridge is small, no bedlamps or dimmable bedroom lights. It was VERY windy most of the time, but still quiet inside. Good for extended family or several couples.
