Stayed Jul 30, 2024The house was amazing and location was amazing I would definitely stay there again! My only struggle was with communication with the host. I was expecting to get all my information through Vrbo but the host is a third party company that was a little hard to get in contact with. It wasn’t an issue really I just struggled to find the check in information so when the time came it did take me about 20 minutes to figure out how to get into the house because the email came from evolve not Vrbo and when trying to contact their help like the only way I could actually get through to talking to someone was to go in like I was booking another stay. So I can only imagine trying to get in contact with them if there was an actual issue with the house. Other than that the property was clean and the area was nice!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Enjoyed our stay, except the state of the town. Unfortunately, most of the places in that town are closed. In fact, only one place a coffee shop was open.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great, clean, well thought out rental. I love staying in Cotter for White River fishing and this place fits the bill - close to the river, close to downtown amenities and close to Mt Home if you need to go into a bigger town for something.
