Cute house, clean and comfortable! Just what the doctor ordered. Not too far from civilization and the trail to the beach was a nice surprise!

We were very comfortable in this well equiped home and its location is great with a variety of things to do in the area. We loved the patio, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. We would definately rent again.

We really loved our stay! The house was in a convenient location to Port Townsend and surrounding areas. The path down to the water was awesome and we loved going down in the evening to spot birds. There did seem to be a lack of bowls and larger drinking glasses, but it wasn't really a major problem.

My mom, sister, and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was perfect! There’s a good Mexican food restaurant on the corner where you turn in also. We shopped and did some sight seeing in Port Townsend.

Beautiful, modern, comfortable home in a green glen in a low traffic neighborhood with great wifi and a separate TV room complete with recliners. Our stay was marred only by a smelly, moldy washing machine and door entry codes that didn't work. Those problems will no doubt be fixed by now so we'd recommend this mini nature preserve to future travelers.

Loved most everything about this rental! It was the perfect size for us 3 adults and small dogs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect and the extra room we put the dog kennel in and it worked perfectly. Access to the house was super easy. Will stay again when I come to Port Townsend. In the downside for us was that because it was the Fourth of July there was SEVERAL hours of loud fireworks right by us … I specifically picked this rental because reviews said it was a quiet neighborhood which it is except for on the 4th. The whole area doesn’t allow fireworks nor is there any large organized fireworks show in the area so I thought we’d be in the clear actively picking this for a quiet get away for the doggies to not have to be stressed by the noise. None of this is the fault of the rental or reviews… the house is lovely and large secluded yard. I just wouldn’t pick this particular rental on the 4th of July or New Years if you are trying to avoid fireworks noise. 👍

The home is situated in a wildlife preserve, quiet, private and conducive to relaxing. It's modern, convenient and comfortable, lacking no amenities. The laundry room had a mold problem and the entry codes didn't always work, but otherwise the stay was quite pleasant.

This amazing gem is at the end of a private cul de sac. The outdoors is silent except for morning birds. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and tools. There is a secret trail from a corner of the yard down to the water. The beds are comfortable, and the new windows and doors are easy to operate and provide lots of fresh air. A great place to relax.

Home was clean, well apportioned, and well stocked. Compared to the price of hotels in the area, this place was a great deal, as you get an entire home instead. Fair warning though, its a bit of a drive to get to Port Townsend from the property.

Once again I have been bamboozled by a property's listed price per night only to pay far more than anticipated after all the fees that crop up during booking. This property is listed as pet friendly, which is true, but they charge a fairly hefty pet fee (in my opinion). If you plan to bring a pet, just know that you will have a significantly higher final cost then the listed price-per-night. And you will have to get through most of the booking process to calculate or see the *actual* cost of your stay. It just feels so misleading when I search for properties with a specific (low) filter on the price, be left with only a few options to choose from, only to end up feeling like it was pointless to even try and find a reasonable rental. Obviously this review won't matter to anyone in the enviable position of financial security, but for anyone like myself who just wanted an affordable place to stay for a few nights (Christmas or otherwise) I do think you should proceed with caution. House was very clean, well furnished, with good wifi. Would get a 5-star from me if I wasn't so salty.

This is a peaceful and comfortable home away from home when staying in the Port Townsend area. The home had everything we needed for cooking meals and lounging in the evenings, and is just minutes away from great daytime adventureopportunities!.

This property could easily accommodate a couple couples and a couple of kids, if the kids slept on couches, or an air mattress in the office. The trail next to the property was fun to go on. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the house to downtown Port Townsend. The only thing that was dirty is the shower curtain in the bathroom connected to the bedroom with the king bed had a lot of mold at the bottom of it. The lights in the house are cool not warm temperature. And it was a little annoying that check our time is 10am when it is 11am at most other properties.

So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Only suggestion is to put a floor lamp in the living room so you don't have the overhead lights on all the time. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

My nephew got married at Fort Townsend, just 9 minutes down the road, so this place was just perfect for Mom & I and the dog to stay and be close to help with anything needed, and room for the exhausted mother of the groom to stay the night of the wedding. Kitchen has a nice size frig we were able to store wedding food in. Very clean, huge plus! Cute little home if you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay & enjoy the surrounding area.

It was perfect for what we needed. Very quiet, all the amenities and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the trail walk down the hill to the creek. The only problem at check in was the code didn’t work on the door lock and we had to make a phone call.

Home is situated at the end of a quiet road, situated next to a forested area. We were visited by a doe and her fawn every morning, along with lots of birds, attracted by the multiple feeders on the property. The property is a lot closer to town than it seems. The home is very comfortable and contains all the amenities for that comfort. We will definitely visit again!
