Quiet and relaxing
We have been staying in PT for the last 15 years while taking classes at FT Warden. I wish we had found this place a long time ago. It is just perfect for us, and the dog. Close to town, quiet, everything we needed and more.
Our stay was lovely! Some highlights were: the picturesque setting, the fresh flowers that greeted us on arrival, the welcoming communication from the host, the location (just 10-15 minutes to downtown/Water St!), the serene mornings watching the horses, the magical stargazing from the porch, and the clean, comfortable cabin (also slept great - it was so quiet). We will definitely be back!
This place is great. Quiet & pretty, with genial hosts. We may sign up again!
This cabin was just perfect for our visit to Port Townsend and a few day trips to the surrounding area. Spacious, clean and quiet, it exceeded expectations! Highly recommend!
What a quiet cozy stay. All need were though of. Thx
We totally enjoyed our time! We were in town for a family reunion at Fort Worden- Port Townsend was a cute place to explore and then head back to the cabin to rest in the peace and quiet! Very clean and all the little details were lovely! Thank you!!!
Wonderful cabin on a picturesque acreage. The cabin was spotless and all of the little details and amenities were thought of and provided for. The bed was comfy as were the couch and chairs. We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay and will be back soon.
Wonderful place to stay! We have been staying here for years.
I paid for the stay for friends. They loved it. I assume everything was left in good order? Thanks for letting me know if there were any problems. [email protected]
We have stayed here twice…would have stayed a third time, but they were booked. We love the charm and quaintness of the cabin. It suits us perfectly! We look forward to our next visit. The property manager and the owners are all wonderful people!
WOW - top notch accommodation, beautiful, pastoral, setting, ... one of our best stays on VRBO (or other rental programs) ever. Full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, comfy bed with feather decker, dog friendly, only about a 10 min drive to PT proper. We couldn't ask for a better landing place for our PT visit!
Our second time staying here and it was magical (again, magical). We love that it is essentially a home away from home in the truest sense. The tulips waiting to bloom on the counter were the nicest touch. Meeting one of the dogs on the property and playing fetch (as our dogs don't do that) was also delightful. Thank you for always making our Port Townsend experiences the best of a lifetime.
We had a lovely time at the wolves den! It is situated on a horse stable and farm. It was really neat to see horses being ridden and walked around the property. The owners are super nice. The cabin is amazing. Half of it is an original cabin and then the overall structure was modernized with really nice finishes and appliances. It is really tastefully well done. It is a great home base for exploring Port Townsend and other areas.
This was our second stay and we loved it as much as the first time. Lovely and quiet location that’s close to Port Townsend.
We've stayed here many times and always have a wonderful stay.
The space was lovely, very clean and cozy. The natural light with the views of horses in morning were breathtaking. Keely and Sue were both so kind in helping us figure out a plan for when my car broke down and gave us ideas of what to do with our little one while we were in town. Keely let us feed the horses and my little girl is still talking about it. Their kindness was the cherry on top of a beautiful space. We didn't want to leave. Don't miss this place!
Five stars all around! Susie was a great host, super helpful and very responsive. The cabin is even cuter in person! Loved being on the farm and seeing the horses every day! Everything was super clean, bed was comfortable, lots of towels and extra blankets and plenty of cleaning supplies to keep everything clean. Nice to have the games, puzzles and books, too! Will definitely stay again!
My parents and brother loved their stay. The hosts were super friendly. The property is beautiful and very clean. My dad loved seeing the dogs and horses.
Stay here! The photos are very accurate, although it’s even better in person. I’m very particular about cleanliness at rentals and this place was spotless. Fully equipped in every area, they have everything you need….fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bathroom essentials, fresh flowers to welcome us, plenty of siting areas with this pillows, games, puzzles, etc. windows all around with beautiful views of the property. Completely charming in every way. The only tiny problem we had was that there was no ice upon arrival….the owner promptly brought us some ice. This place is quiet, relaxing, welcoming, etc. Loved the sun roof in the shower and the barn door in the bedroom. We will be back! Go here!
Great site, owners friendly, ease to get to town, great walking.
