Stayed Aug 30, 2025The location was perfect, quiet and a short drive to Franklin. Luckily it did not rain while we were there because you park in the grass. Be aware if you come in the heat of summer, the AC does not keep it cool in the bedroom loft. Everything was clean and the necessities were provided.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Stayed here for a concert at FirstBank Amphitheater. Short drive to the venue, and lots to do nearby! Got invited to the barn to meet the horses on arrival, as it was feeding time. Went over to the fence the next morning, and one walked right over to say hi. Loved the space! It was perfect for a weekend getaway.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Please know you have a very low ceiling upstairs in bedroom area. You have to bend over and craw on the floor to go down the stairs. All other was a 10 very nice folks. Not for older people

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Tiny house as described and perfect for a couple staying a couple of days. Comfortable, clean, relaxing. The property surrounding the tiny home is very special. The host was communicative and welcoming. Great location close to historical sites, dining and shops. Not far from Nashville (downtown) and most importantly surrounded your surrounded by nature. Highly recommend.
