Stayed Jun 21, 2024Excellent house layout, AC very strong, and cooling very needed in the Heat of Merida, the kitchen had everything you need to cook, very comfortable house, the sea was 1 block away but it is not for swimming its more like boat dock and full of algae, so if you are choosing this house because if the beach it's a big no, no. you will have to go somewhere else for that. The pool was great but was dirty when we arrived with dead mosquitos (that are everywhere all the time, so take plenty of repellents) Best Place for breakfast for us was Sayab Bistro, 4 4-minute drive from the property.
