Stayed Apr 14, 2025The home is located close to Bethany Beach. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking. Everything is well organized and we appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. The children enjoyed the games and puzzles as well as playing in the yard. Sunshine House was a great fit for our group of six!

Stayed May 24, 2024The home was just perfect for our little family. When we arrived we immediately fell in love with the house. It was clean, updated and best of all welcoming. The host was gracious and assured that our 2 year old toddler had some things to play with and they left safety locks for the cabinets. The host was easy to reach and very accommodating! The location of the home was close to the beach and other exciting attractions. Would definitely want to go back!

Stayed Aug 17, 2023We just returned from a 5-night stay at Sunshine House. All I can say is, we fell in love! The house was well-appointed and spotless in a quiet neighborhood with a quick drive to Bethany Beach and other area beaches/attractions. The beds were very comfortable. Suzy was a pleasure to work with. This was our favorite beach rental by far and we look forward to coming back!

Stayed Jul 28, 2022We traveled from Western New York for my son to play baseball at Sports at the Beach in Georgetown. The location of the property was only about a 40 minute drive to the tournament location but we were nice and close to Bethany Beach. We also spent time at Rehoboth beach which was only a 20 minute drive. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The teens appreciated the full size bed bunk beds and we all enjoyed the outdoor shower. From the time I first was interested in booking until checkout, the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Myself and my family were very happy with our stay and we would highly recommend this property.
