the house is beautifully updated and the beds and pillows are amazing!

We enjoyed staying at this spectacular, clean property in Broadkill. The kitchen was fully stocked and Lisa was very communicative! We had a memorable trip!

Very nice kitchen, comfortable beds. Property does need a new set of pots and pans and perhaps some landscaping other than that very nice experience.

This home was perfect for our family of 8 visiting The Black Canyon. House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

The house was in a great location and very clean. Just what we needed for a family event in Montrose.

We stayed several nights and really enjoyed the house and the area! Very quiet and very close to town. Plenty of space to spread out!

House is what we expected. Owner always quickly responded. Kitchen was great. Nice to be just outside of town. White noise devices in every bedroom a plus.

The house and host were wonderful. The house was fully equipped with all the necessities. It was clean, comfortable, with more than enough space for the family. The host responded in a timely manner to all questions. Also, the location was perfect!

This is by my far my favorite Montrose house I’ve stayed in. The 7 of us boys come to Montrose every few years to hunt elk and we we're extremely impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and location. The parking was perfect for our 3 trucks & trailers. We had no problem with the sleeping arrangements given the 4 bedroom's. I will for sure be hoping this place is available on my next trip.

Everything was wonderful the only issue was the washing machine. It don’t work. The door kept popping open and it did not spin the clothes dry. They were soaking wet. We had to wring them out to get them able to be put in the dryer. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience. Would also recommend with the heat in the afternoon a couple of chairs on the front porch to sit out without the blazing sun.

Overall inside of home was very nice. Very disappointed though to arrive and find out that for our 4 day stay we only had one towel and 1 wash rag a piece for 6 people. Didn’t expect to have to do laundry everyday to take a bath. Also not enough pots/pans to cook a meal. Yard overgrown open ditch in back. Also umbrella would be nice for back patio for afternoon sun.

We stayed at this very clean and nicely decorated home for our son’s wedding. It worked out perfectly. It was very comfortable and had plenty of room for us to gather and visit at the dining table or living room. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. My only wish is that there was a bbq available and a muffin pan. :) I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! 4 bedrooms gave everyone privacy, while the living area is bright and welcoming. Listening to the birds each morning was a nice way to start the day. The upgrades in this house are lovely! The location was perfect for us. It’s just a few minutes outside of town and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. The air conditioning works well! I would suggest a non-slip mat in the main bathroom because the tub is a little slippery. I would stay here again.

Such a comfortable house…newly remodeled. We loved it. Great extras.
