NEW! Modern Coastal New-Build Home With Private Beach Access in Gated Community

The property was modern, beautiful and clean. My family of four enjoyed the quaint environment, and surprisingly we all slept very comfortable in the plush beds. It was a quick walk to the beach with our toddler and enjoyed the beach chairs and toys. Lars was quick to respond and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely beautiful home for my family for a six-night stay.. My 9-year-old daughter loved the games in the closet and especially enjoyed the provided boogie board and sand toys. Home was impeccable and contained all of the supplies we needed for cooking. Patio area was wonderful, there were luscious comfortable beds, and superb decor. This spot is an all-around gem. We’ll be back! ☀️

I was pleased with cleanliness of this place. The kitchen was fully staffed with utensils and dishware, ready for us to use it. The host was amazing and since we came a little earlier she arranged for us to check in before 4:00 with a simple text. There is no doubt we’ll be coming back here again.

This rental was absolutely fantastic and one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The decor is perfection as is the location and amenities. My son was in heaven with the heated pool! The only downside was the extensive check out list and early check out time (10am). Spending the last 30/45 minutes of our vacation cleaning is not the last memory I want, especially when a 300 cleaning fee is paid with the reservation. I would absolutely stay here again but it just put a little damper on our last impression.

This place exceeded our expectations! The condo is completely updated with beautiful design elements, a large kitchen island, very comfortable beds. The location is perfect for walking down to the beach, which was never crowded. There’s also plenty of guest parking if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at this VRBO and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future. We used to live in San Diego, so this trip was all about reconnecting with friends and families that we knew while living here. Solana Beach, in my opinion, is one of the best beaches in the San Diego area for families. There are so many things to do within short walking distances from the beach. This VRBO was no exception! We walked to get coffee/smoothies/breakfast every morning. We walked down to Fletcher Cove to hang with friends. We walked to several restaurants for dinner, too! This house had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The host literally thought of everything! We loved that the beach was just a few minutes walk from the house. The lounge was a fun place to play games, read, or watch the sunset. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

We enjoyed our family vacation at this Beach Condo. It was very clean and had all that we could have needed. The owners were very communicative and friendly. We have been vacationing in Solana Beach my whole life and would love to stay here again.

A totally redone condo in a complex with the beach and pickleball and the lovely village of solana beach right around the corner. Perfect spot! Great kitchen and living room with all the conveniences such as a washer/dryer, etc. Can’t wait to get back.
