What a gorgeous house and perfect for our annual holiday trip! The house was immaculate and very clean. The patio area and deck were inviting and the perfect spot to make memories as a family.The owners were responsive and even went over and beyond to help my family find a local pool. We also were able to bring our Yorkie on his first vacation ever with a dog being permitted. I can’t say enough good things about our stay!

The house was beautiful and the pictures are accurate. The house was clean and the property manager was so easy to communicate with during our stay. We were told about local restaurants that were delicious. The outdoor area was perfect for having crabs and sitting out. Biggest issue for me is the property wasn’t fenced in and I had to take my dog for early walks. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were very friendly.

We had a wonderful time. The house and property were very clean. AC was great and it was in a quiet development. Lots of cooking utensils, pots, etc. Hilse and Jon were very responsive to any questions.We only had one day of sunny weather so we didn’t get to use the fire pit. Grocery stores were in short driving distance. Definitely would stay there again.

We had a great time staying at this home. The home is beautifully decorated and is well cleaned and maintained. We had adequate room for our family of 8 adults and two children. Lots of room in the living area and lots of outdoor seating. Really no complaints. A few more coffee mugs and a kettle for tea drinkers would be great. The loft was appreciated by our kids, but noise from downstairs does travel up to those sleeping in that area. I highly recommend! Thank you to the owners!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! This is our second time staying here and we will definitely look to stay here again on our next Bethany Beach trip. The house is very clean and spacious. It's located in a very nice neighborhood. Great location. The host is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this home.

A wonderful, pleasant and very clean place to stay for the trip to Bethany Beach! Beautiful and inviting accommodations in every room of the house inside and also the outside surroundings. One small problem we had was taken care of in a promptly manner. The host was easy to reach and be in contact with for any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place for your trip!!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. As a family of five, we truly appreciated the spacious layout. It offered plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while also making it easy to come together for quality family time. The design and flow of the home were perfect for both relaxation and connection.Each bedroom having its own smart TV was a fantastic touch. The entire place was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host was seamless and they were incredibly responsive.One thing we really appreciated was the check-out process. It was very reasonable and straightforward, which is not always the case with vacation rentals.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed home away from home.

The house was exactly as described on VRBO. It would have been nice to have a bit more info on how to operate the TV, Alarm system & fans, heating & air system...but we managed. 4 heads better than one :-) overall we figured it out. But that did not take away from the house at ALL It was CLEAN..The neighbors were so friendly. We will be BACK!! Soon! :-)

This modern, comfortable home was a great location for us to explore Bethany and Rehoboth Beach! It was a short drive to beaches and shops.

Property was very well taken care of and plenty of room. Owners were very responsive-initially when we arrived the water w as shut off but the owner immediately called the water dept to fix the problem and offered a refund. I would rent again

our family enjoyed our stay. the home had plenty of space and was very comfortable and clean. the owners are easily accessible and tend to any concerns that may arise. definitely would stay here again.

This property was great for our family vacation! Quiet neighborhood, short drive to the beach, comfortably fit 8 adults. We especially enjoyed having a dining space that we could all fit at.

We had a nice time at this property. It was very clean and the photos do it justice. However, we felt it was a little ridiculous that we needed to bring our own shower towels and covers. Also, the 10am check-out time and 4pm check-in time really allowed for minimal time in the property. We would suggest extending check-out until at least 10:30.

This house is beautiful! My family and I had plenty of room to gather and lounge, and it was hard to remember to take advantage of the proximity to boardwalk and other amenities. We just wanted to enjoy the house! What a nice problem to have. Very quiet neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.
