NEW! Historic, Professional Decorated 2 Bedroom Home Just 1 Block to King St.!

Great location! Perfect for 4 ladies. Walked everywhere. A little noisy but as to be expected.

Absolutely perfect location aside from an apartment complex they are building a block and half down St. Philip St. that would wake us up at 7:30 AM, but that was OK we wanted to maximize our time here.Lovely furnishings, well stocked kitchen, beds super soft and comfortable!! Hopfully the light in the blue bathroom will be replaced. I did not asked for this to be fixed during our stay, but the bathroom was on the dark side. The rain shower head was over toward the wall - I could not get it to move to the center, but I didn't try too hard to fix it either. This location is so perfect to King Street shopping and restaurants. There are also lots a wonderful restaurants right in the Cannonborough and Elliotborough areas as well.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the house was adorable and cozy. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Can't wait to come back!

The place was not as new as advertised. It was a little worn and banged up. Sheets and duvets were polyester. We had several cockroaches which the host called palmetto bugs and an extermintaor needed to come in while we were there. Keurig broke and a replacement was left inside the door in original box and we had to set it up. Massive construction project nearby- wide awake before 7am everyday. Will not stay here again. Host was responsive, but not apologetic.

We had a wonderful time at your home! A perfect location to the Food & Wine Festival where it was just a short walk. Would definitely recommend and perfect for 2 couples! The space accommodates more but we liked the privacy of not having someone in the living area. Very nice and we will be back!

The house was very clean. Had some problems with the TV, that was handled. The upstairs bathroom to the right going up the stairs a leak in the sink. The house was well equipped. The morning traffic was noisy. The patio outside was a nice place to have coffee in the morning.

Easy check in and very comfortable property.It would have been great to have had sugar and creamer included with the coffee, but we got by.

This property was wonderful! The house is clean, modern, and well maintained - just a block from all the excitement on King Street. While it's slightly farther north, we had no trouble walking or catching a quick ride to wherever we needed to go. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even over a holiday weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

My husband, 2 teenagers and I stayed at this VRBO for a long weekend and we loved it! The location is perfect…close to the shops and restaurants on King St. also close to bagel and coffee shops for easy breakfast! The home was very clean and well appointed.

This was the perfect home for a Girls trip! It was super roomy and had the cutest aesthetic. And a bonus was the location!! We were able to walk to King Street and it was so convenient!

The condo was clean, well decorated, perfect location and excellent space. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms, as it was myself and my 18 & 21 year old young adults. There is a great wine/liquor store around the corner coffee shop,

Convenient location. Very comfortable for two couples. Well appointed. Good parking. Quibbles: - veranda door didn’t latch so had to keep it locked making it slightly inconvenient to enter from the street. - bathroom lighting was a bit dim for shaving

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this property. It's small but perfectly formed. Be aware there were lots of mosquitoes around the seating area so be prepared.

My husband and I decided to vacation in Charelston for his birthday. We wanted to find a location that was walking distance to most things. The Guest House is perfectly located in the city and a quick uber ride to other places. It was nicely decorated and well accommodated. Great communication with the property manager, she responded and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back in the future!

Lovely little house! Had everything we needed to enjoy a quick trip to Charleston! Property Management were friendly & responsive, and the check-in/out process was a breeze! Everything about our rental was delightful!

Cute property that has a great location. Perfect for two couples as it has two bedrooms with king sized beds. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed three nights. Many locations were walking distance. Property has two parking spaces but we only used one of them.We drove to our dinner locations that were mostly just over a mile away. Charleston has many parking garages, so parking was never a problem. We had a great time!

Cute historic property close to lots of venues... Restaurants, bars, historic sites. The free bus that runs through the historic part of town is a wonderful asset.The kitchen has adequate supplies.

Cute townhouse with adorable touches. Close to restaurants and very walkable to shopping. Easy parking and very accessible. It was cold and icy so we were unable to use the porch or outdoor furniture. Recommend coming in the warmer months! Enjoyed our stay.

We loved this home for our girls get away in Charleston. There were only 2 of us, so more than enough room. The home is well appointed and the location is EXCELLENT! Definitely will be back!

Loved the location and set up of the house. Bathrooms updated nicely and beds comfortable. Parking off street in front of the unit. Only issues were that the heater worked well upstairs but was cold downstairs (it’s an older house so you have to expect that), and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty (we had brought an extra bar of soap so not a real problem). Would recommend the home.

My family and I stayed here for our first stay in Charleston. We could walk everywhere. Location was great! The VRBO was super clean and adorable. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Very comfortable property, great beds, bath in each bedroom and decorated very nice. Perfect location for our visiting purposes.

Loved location and condition of property ! The bedrooms very well appointed along with in suite bathrooms in excellent design & condition . The mattresses extremely comfortable ! Would definitely stay again . The only difficulty was locking the padlock door . We eventually got it but was a struggle.

All was great. The space is adequate, Every thing you need. Locking the font door was tricky, but otherwise no problems. The reservation confirmation sheet accurately describes what’s there.

Great location, walking distance to a number of great restaurants. Only issue was a dirty comforter for the Murphy bed, otherwise clean and well stocked. Would rent again

Cute little place, very clean, comfy beds, ac worked great, has all the kitchen gadgets you would need. Only downside was a motion detector flood light that kept going off and on all night. Would stay here again

It was a perfect setup with two master suites. The home was clean and very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying King Street and the surrounding areas. The location is in the heart of the town, so the city noise comes with the perfect location. The property management was very professional and easy to communicate with.

Home was beautiful! Very clean and Kerri was very fast with responding if we had any questions. Location was perfect and we could walk to many places. Definitely recommend booking this rental.
